Chili's Grill & Bar reviews
14I’ve only ordered to go/pickup, so I can’t speak for the service inside. I got a sirloin and asparagus to go. I was skeptical honestly because it was so cheap and I’ve never ordered a sirloin to go so I didn’t know how it would taste once I got home, it was SO good. It wasn’t the warmest but again, I wasn’t sitting in the restaurant. The skillet cookie is huge and everything was packaged securely and protected. The lady who brought me my order outside was also really nice, double checked my order and answered my questions.
We came on a Tuesday evening at 700pm the parking lot was packed, the restaurant was full however, the 3 of us were seated immediately. The server was great, food arrived in good timing we did not wait long for apps, and the entire was spaced well. The server was attentive and the food was excellent!
Excellent food, excellent friendly service! The atmosphere is pretty lively because they're always full, so it can be a little noisier than I like, but all around, I had a great experience!
Good food service and atmosphere. Only complaint our waiter had quite the piercings in all parts of their face didn't look too professional.
It's Chili's. Food was decent. Prices have increased so it's a little more pricey than it used to be, but what isnt.
We love to go to Chili's! Everyone in our family can find something that they like and the service we have received has always been great!
Came on a Friday evening to enjoy a good meal. They were moderately busy so I understand service might take a little longer. But 30 minutes after ordering a drink and asking about it twice I gave up canceled it and decided to just drink water. I ordered shrimp and steak fajitas after a wait of almost an hour it came out as chicken and steak. I gave up canceled my order my husband took his food to go and we left. Not the best experience.
Service was ok. My husband and son said the burgers was good, but what me and the girls had was lacking, ive had better frozen. My 3 yr olds chicken strip tasted burnt. Definitely makes me think twice before eating at another Chili's establishment unfortunately
I seem to always be missing something when ordering from here, this order was missing 2 items. Again today and Manager Steve is a joke. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Go somewhere else, you can only give so many chances!
Well, you are looking at Applebee's that has pictures of South West food but it was cooked in Arnold, MO.and nothing screams more Tex Mex than one of Jeffco's finer Steak House.
Yep, it's a ran down Ruby Tuesday, complete all the way down to the order/tablets/payment on the table. Which is great if you want to be a? And not tip, other than that I refuse to eat a restaurant that even offers that to a table.
Except (here is the twist), the only thing south west about these pictures on the menu and the citizens of Mexico cooking the food.
Stay away from those crunchy chicken strips photos, the ones that show up look like old hagheard fried to a batter falling off tough half smoked fish, to make jerky out of.
The manager refused to honor a flyer put out by his company that 15% of dinners sale would go to wounded warriors project. My party left immediately and went to a different chili's that honor the flyer.
I had never been to a Chili's before a few months ago. Now, every time I ask him what he wants for dinner, it's Chili's.
The burgers, fries and, of course the dip combo is consistently good.
Also, for some reason, the soda at this restaurant tastes better than other restaurants. (Maybe in just imagining that)
Service has been consistently good and value for the money spent can't be beat.
Unless something drastically changes with service/food quality/cost, we will continue to eat here twice a week.
Nice! Prices, service and food were exceptional. I can see why people eat out, can't make this at home. Portions were large enough to take home half of my meal for the next day
