Chili's Grill & Bar, St Joseph MO

Food was lousy, took forever to get our drinks, drink refills, and our food to be ordered. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Seating is usually available. Waitress was nice, food was hot. I got the baked potato soup and a house salad. It was really good.

Always a great time! The bartenders are always friendly and make the drinks perfect 10/10

10 of us, four adults and six children had lunch here after visiting Chief's training camp. Our server was really good and patient despite one of the kids spilling a pitcher of soda. Our food was accurate, timely and hot. Other patrons welcomed us to St. Joseph. Great experience.

Food is so bad. To make bland mashed potatoes such as this, you have to have no love or care put into your cooking. Our waitress was super sweet and made sure to check on us often. I believe her name was Melanie. She was super nice and probably would have fixed whatever I asked I just didn’t want her to have to do all of that. Just don’t recommend this Chili’s food to anyone. Drinks are good. I think Melanie was also making the drinks and she knows how to make a cocktail. Nice and strong!

This place was a huge disappointment. The food was cold and horrible. Service was a joke. Found a roach in the chips. Nasty.

I sat at the bar. The service was awful. The bartender was the least friendly person. I ordered brisket quesadillas. They were absolutely loaded down with jalapeños. That's basically all I could taste. They completely overpowered the dish.

Everything was great. I try the philly wherever i go and this 1 pretty good. Those mozzarella sticks were awesome tho!

Landon was an amazing server. Witty, entertaining, and very efficient.

Gave us the best way to use the 3 for me options to save us money and make a better experience.

I had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Tortilla Soup for a starter and their traditional Margarita. My husband had the original Old Timer Burger with roasted corn and a side salad.

They've gotten back on track after losing so many of the servers during Covid to other jobs. Landon deserves a raise.

Bad service arrived and the employee looked at me ugly they are racist or because. I was wearing work clothes. I didn't wait for 30 minutes. And no one attended to me.

This Chili's had some of the best food I have ever had at a Chili's. Everything was fresh everything was hot and our server was pretty incredible

Was taken there for my husband and I birthdays and it was great! The staff had a very warm welcome to it!

It's Chili's new POS device that the customer has to figure out that put a wet blanket on our dinner. 4 separate checks and it took 25 minutes to pay. Yuck.

This was my first time eating at this Chili's. I got the bacon rancher and its was tasty as always. The service could have been a little better but they service was still pretty good. The staff was kind and helpful. The bathrooms were big and clean.

We had 7 people and they would not seat us because their server couldn’t handle it but they proceeded to seat other couples in booths when we asked why they couldn’t seat us the manager said it was because they were at a two top but why would it be easier to wait on four more booths than on table so that being said we won’t go back and I would not recommend that place to anybody

I have been to many chilis before, this one is one of the worst out there for customer service. Didn't feel welcomed and no attention detail.

I have to say this was nasty this burger was so gross it immediately made me ill. Our server was no where to be found so we paid and left I would have rather not gone here and probably won’t ever again be warned this did not taste good at all.

Fries actually came out cold and Olga (waitress) acted like we was bothering her used to be one of my favs

Food was great as usual. Atmosphere is always comfortable. Service was a little slow, but I feel that was due to a lack of staffing. More people need to get out there and take these open positions.

Food and service terrible! Chili cold as if it came straight from fridge. Also they refused to honor gift card. Card had $25 balance and was verified online on Chili's website. Server had attitude. Manager was rude and argumentive.
