Chipotle Mexican Grill, Independence MO

Love chipotle but I came to this location today, staff was not nice nor welcoming, probably having a bad day I get that. The problem was when I got my food, my bowl was cold, got just a brush of cheese and the stake was old and flavorless. Cilantro lime rice had no cilantros nor lime, my food was tasteless all I was able to taste was the green salsa, corn and sour cream.

Hopefully they fix this, makes no justice to the brand.

I love Chipotle as a company and their food is always fantastic. The staff at this location is very friendly.

However, the restaurant is very small for the number of people it serves and online orders are not on pickup shelves most of the time. This causes frustration for both staff and customers.

Food was great, staff friendly, store was a mess. Chipotle isn't doing its staff any favors by offering online ordering. The kitchen isn't built to handle it and it slows down the process for people who are actually in the store.

Staff was kind. Location was unique/clean. However, the food was not well prepared. My bowl had all the meat on one far side, all of the lettuce on the opposite far side, and everything else distributed in-between, in a similar fashion.

Chipotle is still excellent.as good as the day they opened but.
I do not recommend getting it delivered.it goes downhill fast from leaving out ingredients to chinsing on something when you clearly clicked extra on it.
The prices have slowly crept up without adding anything.
I refuse to order from chipotle unless I'm going in person or a friend or family member is driving to watch them prepare the food.
So to sum up.
In person. Top notch.
Call in or delivery order.over priced fast food.like Taco Bell

Not my favorite but it's my better halfs favorite Mexican grill so I have to give it 5 stars or she would not be happy if I did otherwise.

By far the best chipotle in the state of Missouri. It’s twice as far as the one closest to me but it it’s worth driving extra. Soooo good. And the manager Jessica is a saint! Great customer service!

The person on the DML was bombarded with orders and didnt get much of any help to get orders made. I understand it was during peak and was busy but there was several people i saw either doing prep or walking to and from the back that could have stepped up to help get the DML moving.

After almost 30 minutes of waiting they told me they gave my delivery order to the wrong person because they didn't check the last name. Then they said they were too busy to re-make it so I had to cancel the order and lost my pay the hour. Very unprofessional business.

I have been going to this chipotle for a few years now. Since online ordering have risen in popularity this place has changed. Tonight, i go in as normal and proceed to wait in line while 3 large online orders are made infront of me.after some time, they start on my bowl. It takes some time to complete the online orders, all the time my bowl is sitting on the counter getting cold.the kicker on all of this ia, i wanted some guac, and was told i can't have any of it that is right on front of me because its BEING SAVED FOR ONLINE ORDERS!

My suggestion, make another line for online orders so in store customers don't have to wait and be told they cant have products.

STOP PUNISHING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR COMING IN

Thank you Jesus for this chipotle not requiring customers to wear a mask! Love you guys, thank you for not being sheep. Me and my friends will come back here every single time for chipotle

It's always good.but their prices are already high and now they're charging 1.00 for extra rice? The new brisket is kinda too saucy. Plus it's 10.00. Whereas my chicken bowl was just over 7.00. The chips need to change. There was not a bit of lime or one speck of that yummy salt.

I pick up food for people and deliver it but I deliver a lot from hear so a five stars cause from the smell it makes me hungry the restaurant is very clean and people are nice

The steak was very chewy from fat or sinew the rice also wasn't fluffy it was stale one better tasting choice is the Chipotles off Highway 40 in Lee's Summit.

I asked a bowl white rice to go the lady thought I said burrito I dont know how.she all the rice back in the bin where the other was that to nasty. Food was every where around the food nothing was wiped down

I have come to love this place. Has great food and a friendly staff.in particular, Jessica always greets me with a smile and is very professional. Great customer service from her. Highly recommend this location.
