I know businesses are understaffed and overworked, but my experience today was unacceptable and right on par with other reviews. My wife placed an online order at 12pm that said it would be ready for pick-up at 12: 20pm which is great because her scheduled lunch break is from12: 30-1pm. I arrived around 12: 10 to pick up her order and patiently waited knowing it wouldn't be ready until around 12: 20. I didn't walk out of the restaurant until 12: 50. During my 40 minute wait the long line for customers walking in to order finished two times around before I got my online order. Not only did our estimated wait time get doubled with no explanation much less an apology, but when we finally got our order, it was made incorrectly. My wife didn't even get to eat her lunch since her break was over by the time I arrived. If you can't keep up with current orders, STOP taking new orders. Simple as that.

Hasn't been to Chipotle for a couple of years. Thought I'd pick some up. Also ordered on line for carryout to avoid long waits in line and the associated COVID exposure. Arrived at 6: 50, exactly when my order was to be ready and on their pickup shelf. And I waited, and waited. Staff were quite busy with a long line of people there to place orders. There were multiple people who had ordered on line waiting as well. My order was brought out 35 min.after it's promised time to be ready. There was no explanation, no apology and of course no offer to refund my meal expense. The frosting on the cake? After my short drive home I began to eat my meal - it was cold. Hard to imagine a circumstance where I would go back to this restaurant.

Messed up the pick up order, hard rice, cold steak, cold chicken so I drove back up there to replace or exchange after we tried to call 5 times with no answer I get there reorder get home and the rice is even harder. This location sucks but the national location seems to be on point. 27$ Down the drain.

Read the rest of the reviews about wait times and incorrect orders when ordering online. They are spot on. You're better off walking in and waiting15-20 minutes in the long lines to place an order in person and have it made correctly. Beats ordering online 20 minutes in advanced, walking in and having to still wait another 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup. The kicker; my order was incorrect when I got home.

Spent $15 to have a veggie bowl delivered from DoorDash and my bowl had no veggies. When I called the store they said they are out of veggies. Really disappointed that absolutely nothing was done to notify me or offer anything in replacement.

I love Chipotle, but the service here was not great. When asking for sour cream to add to my burrito the lady said that she was almost out. I said I'd wait for her to refill the bin and she said she was too busy. So she bypassed my husband and I and continued with the people behind us in line. I looked at the cashier and she rolled her eyes and finally said she could go get some more. I mean, if you run out of something food wise, just go and get a new one. We waited in that line, so the people behind us can wait too.

As a long time customer of Chipotle, I have to say the experience I had at this location will keep me from visiting any Chipotle again soon. I'm sure it is just this store, but unfortunately bad experiences with food tend to taint your future experiences. It was about 40 minutes prior to closing and many of the employees were getting ready to go home so they were fixing their own meals prior to departure. I know this bc I stood and watched it occur for about 5 - 8 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. I should have left bc the area where all the food is on display was a disaster, so I had my suspicions that perhaps this was not going to be good. Unfortunately, I was correct. Our food was cold and not good. Hopefully their manager will see this post and correct the situation.

Don't ever go here. I am sorry to give a bad review but I've literally never been here and had a good experience. The food is a healthier option than most restaurants, but it's not worth it for me. The wait is always so long. Last time I went there they were out of tortillas, chips, and I was only and to get freaking cheese on half my order because they ran out of that too. Unbelievable! I felt sorry for the staff for having to deal with whatever poor management led them to that situation.

I love chipotle. I don't know anyone who doesn't. But I ordered from this location and got it delivered by grub hub. It was the WORST order I have ever gotten. It was 1/4 of a portion, it was missing what I ordered on my bowl, the chips were so oiled and gross. It was as if they had a clear coat of nail polish on it. Was not impressed. Sorry.

It’s sad to see how much this location has gone downhill-And fast. I’m understanding due to COVID but, this is too much. They have had more than enough time to adjust. I can walk in two hours before closing-And they are still out of at least 3-4 items. Some of which being tortillas and chips! The food quality has also gone downhill as well has the customer service.
I’ve ate here at least six times in the last two months and all have been ify.

I’ll update this review when this location goes back to how it used to be.

Legit worst location. Lol if you live on the south side drive the 15-20mins its worth it. They have no idea what good customer service is. Staff does not communicate & also very slow. Typing this as I wait 30mins for an online order. Just save the headache.

This is possibly the worst experience at this location I've ever had! They were out of crunchy taco shells, corn salsa and more that others were trying to order. The manager was also helping fulfill the orders and had ZERO empathy when people expressed their disappointment with the missing items. She did not apologize she just moved to the next person in line. Being short staffed is hard, I understand that. But she did NOT handle it correctly. Not to mention the missing items had to be an issue with thr store. My food was very sloppily put together. She didn't even put cheese on one of my tacos and hardly any of the other toppings. Oh I should mention when we went to pay, she asked if we wanted any sides but "we're out of chips, sorry. " SERIOUSLY? !

This used to be one of our most favorite places to eat out at in Springfield, but lately it’s been awful quality. Everyone else I talk to says the same so I know it wasn’t just my few visits. Really hoping they can get their food quality back up.

What a shame. I literally walked out 2 weeks ago when I went to order but they were out of chicken and steak and white rice. Today, no white rice, guac was horrible. The Mr Pibb was good.

This location always is out of something. This time it was tortillas, and there was hair in the bag of chips! Don’t go here.

Terrible service and very unclean. Employees seemed to be very unconcerned. I recommend not patronizing this particular establishment
