Chipotle has seriously gone down the drain. Today they balled up my quesadilla, burned it, and were 10 minutes late prior to their scheduled time. They have been on a streak of this behavior and not just to me. This was not a fluke. I'm no longer going to eat anything from Chipotle. Vote with your wallets people.

I went this evening at 6 PM and the service was horrible. There were three girls and one guy lollygagging and playing around. The girl with the color natural ponytail was more interested in playing around with coworkers than she was serving. She was paying no attention and it was very ghetto and unprofessional. I did not expect this coming into this area. I thought I was avoiding such driving to a better St. Louis area. Management should pay more attention to who they hire and keep an eye on evening shift. I will not be back.

We ordered before picking up our meals, yet they still took >30 minutes. Not once, but twice that they got our order wrong, so even MORE waiting. I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be reliable. Never coming back here after this.

The owner or manager (plain clothed and entered briefly via key from a side door) almost hit me pulling into the lot then had the audacity to call me a bi*** and act irrationally instead of apologizing. Definitely question how well this place is being ran by someone who acts like that. Definitely will be going to another location from now on.

Ordered online for 7: 10. Showed up, waited 20 minutes for them to give me the wrong order THREE times. Thankfully I checked each time when I got to my vehicle. We ended up getting four free meals and a drink out of it but dear God. How hard is it to fix the FIRST mistake you made?

Arrived at restaurant and walked in greeting the first employee I saw, no reply and he walked away to play with the unmasked cashier Finally a young man took my order. After the order was completed by the same young man, the cashier and another employee walked away and got drinks.i asked if i could have lettuce on my bowl. The pan on the line was empty but a big box of lettuce was sitting out in clear site.

The white manager came flying in from somewhere looking frustrated. Dude, provide structure and clean the place up. Those young people need training and checking.

And put your mask on and have your employees wash their hands.

Restaurant used to be good and consistent. It isn't anymore. Recently I placed an order early for my lunch break, arrived, waited my 45 minutes, and left without food. Service was so slow/late that there were 15 bags from people who possibly had to leave before me in the same situation.

Restaurant often puts the chairs on the tables and claims "online only for your safety", but allows people to stand inside and order on their phones. Allow in person order 100% of the time. I suspect laziness causing this.

Not to mention their drink station is dirty often and the utensils are placed so that they often have a small puddle of tea or soda in them. Not ideal.

Food when I get it is usually good. Some veggies could be better prepared/stems cut properly

The store doors and online says it closes at 10pm. A man got out of his truck and walked in at 9: 16pm. We walked up at 9: 17pm and the worker said they were closed and shut and locked the door. A few minutes later the guy who got to the door a minute before us came out with his food.

Didn't receive service from anybody we were ignored everyone else that came in after us was served before us and when we left they finally gave us attention we told them we're leaving and didn't appreciate the rudeness!

This location gets a zero! This is the 2nd time I have gone to the Bridgeton location and the food was horrible. I take it back, this is down right NASTY!
I am calling Corporate tomorrow I want my money back.

I went to the chipotle 10/13/21@7pm 3533 Mckelvey rd, Bridgeton mo. The chicken was burned, the guacamole was Nasty, the chicken burrito bowl was so horrible I threw it in the trash. It had no flavor to it at all, I don't know who prep the food this day but they need to train who ever did.

I’ve never had an experience as worse as the one I had today at this location for one my order was wrong and remade multiple times and it still wasn’t correct. The employees works rather he it wrong and remake it multiple times than to take the time to get it right the first time. But that’s not even the icing on the cake the tip of a plastic bag was in my food today.

This is by far the worst Chipotle. The workers are rude as hell. And the restaurant and dusty. This store can’t handle the volume of the customers so they are making people order online. It’s already a hassle dealing with folks who hate their job. I’m never eating there again because I don’t want their energy on my food and the as I stated before, the restaurant is dusty!

So I have tried to go to Chipotle twice in my life: both times this Bridgeton location. Both times they were closed in the middle of the dinner rush, cancelling paid orders and locking the door. When you call asking about the order you placed they hang up on you.

I don't know what is going on with this location but my two interactions with this restaurant chain have been completely abysmal. Steer clear of this. Taco Bell might not be a good burrito, but at least you can order and get a Burrito from there. Chipotle will just close on you and then tell you to go online and hope you get a refund.

Arrived at restaurant employees were arguing. No visible sign of a manager. A bunch of kids, no structure. Horrible service. Only 1 employee was wearing a mask. Online order was suppose to be ready at 7: 50. Didn't receive until 8: 45pm. Girl making food literally took a 15 min break in the middle of making food. Employees did more talking to one another than making food. One customer received his order and literally screamed as he was leaving. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Placed order online. Arrived at store to pick up the order and was greeted by a locked door. An employee said they'd be with me soon. After 15 minutes, I still had no idea of they w were making my food or how long it was going to be. Every employee acively ignored every question I asked and the manager offered no explanation for why my food needed to sit on the counter in front of me for almost 30 minutes before being handed to me cold.

I understand short staffed, but rudeness and lack of urgency under those circumstances is unacceptable. First I went in with my wife because it would not give you the option to order online. The manager was very rude and should not be in any leadership role. I will not be spending any of my money at this establishment.

This Chipotle is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever seen The sidewalk and parking lot had cigarette butts, beer and sofa cans and other filth on the lot.

The front bushes are overgrown and have not been trimmed in a year. The iced tea in the dining room did not have a lid on top of it and flies were all over the place. A good safety nightmare.

If you are wearing a mask into this place you would probably run out of this filthy store.
