Extremely disappointed in my food. They gave me a burrito literally less than half the size of my wife's. I regret not checking the bag before I got home. They were polite remaking it for me to make it right.

This place had good portions and the food tasted good. But that's where it ends.
The kitchen looked dirty, there was no life in the staff, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine.

Great food, but they are not very pleasant people. Didn't really care that I was there to order. Just looked at me and didn't say a word, expecting me to speak first. Had trouble getting my debit card to work. She just kept saying to me that it won't process. I said I don't know what that means. I had to use my back up credit card, which is fine, but I don't appreciate the grumpy attitude. Didn't even say thank you.

I am not sure how this place is still in business. Ordered ahead and then waited 20 min to get our food when we got there on time. Once we got our order, they forgot to give us our drink, and one of the two entrees was completely wrong. Because there were so few employees and so many people in line, we didn’t feel like bothering them to fix it.

I can’t see myself going back to this chipotle any time soon. For as much money as we spent for them to make us wait and then get our order wrong, I would expect a bare minimum of a fully staffed restaurant. This restaurant just felt sad. And the employees seemed sad to be there. I can’t say I blame them.

Slowly becoming the worst Chipotle in the Metro area. Portions are getting smaller and orders are wrong most of the time. Thankfully there's a Qdoba down the street.

It's always good quality from my experience! One thing that drives me crazy (which is not the fault of the staff) is the people who order online then immediately get in line at the drive through causing the line to get long because they're being selfish and going 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time.

This location will close the dining room and force you to go through the drive up. When the store does this, it's good to lock out in store pickup in the app.
Understand none wants to work anymore, so may just have to take my money elsewhere. Good AI and robots will take over. Work doesn't spell EASY!
The store manager is always upbeat and willing to help.

Great experience at this store. Exceptional workers and management. Clean and quick with order. Great deck area with very nice and shaded umbrellas. This is a highly recommended place. It’s clear that workers and managers take pride in this facility and desire to serve the customers and treat them well.

The chipotle lane is only good in theory.far too many people load the line up immediately after ordering and hold up the line long before their order is scheduled to be ready. The drive through becomes an extension of the parking lot at that point.

This chipotle is probably the most poorly managed I have ever been too. I try to avoid this location at all costs, but sometimes the craving hits. NEVER order delivery or from the app at this location, they have never gotten my orders right. We will always order in person, and even then we usually have to correct them. They are extremely stingy on their portions unlike other locations we go to. If you go here just be aware that you should be watching them make your food to make sure the order is actually correct. Oh, and what the amounts they are giving you, especially meat, they will for sure short you if they can.

Update I have taken away another star. I would give them 0 stars if possible. They have over charged me for my kids meals, AND they ran out of cheese this last time. I only ran here for lunch because it was the closest to my house. Never again, ever ever. How do you run out of cheese?

I had a really good experience with one of the line workers today named Christian. The guy is a machine! He was very efficient and professional. After taking my order, he was very quick and clean. While he waited for my tortilla to warm up, he was very proactive about asking me what all I wanted on it - which saved a lot of time and got me my food quicker. His ability to work quickly while maintaining a clean workspace was tremendous and much needed for a fast-paced job such as Chipotle; especially when it's busy. Overall, his hard work and diligence were very evident and motivated me to do the same throughout the rest of my day. Thank you, Christian. Nothing - literally nothing can replace hard work and diligence. Great work! Keep it up, brother.

Just a edit about 3 years later and this is still a problem but honestly more so. We need a chipotle on the raymore side i think. Its crazy how long you have to wait for fast food.
Been here many times and it's about 60% of the time if you order online it will be ready when the pickup time is. Many times I've had to wait for a very extended time to get my food. Most of the time someone who walks in the door gets trough faster than my online order. Really frustrating when you have a kid and your trying to be in and out by ordering online. At least most of the time the food does taste good when you finally get it.

Always a giant line. Employees seem under-impressed to be there! Always out of something. However, it is chipotle so I have them one more star.

The workers act like the meat portion comes out of their paycheck.

WOW.a total turn around from a year ago! Our bowls were full, food was hot, hubby and I thought it was the absolute BEST we have ever had! We WILL be back again soon,! Your staff was also polite and accommodating!
