There ARE NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN HOW WONDERFUL, TASTES GREAT, CLEAN, FRESH, GREAT FAST AS HECK SERVICE AND NICE / FRIENDLY THIS RESTAURANT IS. IF YOUVE NEVER EATEN HERE PUT IT ON YOU MUST DO NOW LIST NOT A BUCKET LIST Cause this place you don't want to slip through your fingers. Without trying, it's actually my absolute favorite restaurant that I have ever been to and that I honestly mean.
They were kind except the gentleman that was helping needs to believe in himself more everyone makes mistakes it ok just breath and keep working
Ok, so they make pretty good Carnitas Burritos, but I got a Chicken Bowl and it wasn't the best I have ever had. Ordered a side of guacamole, cause they didn't put much on my Chicken Bowl when I asked for it, but gave the customer before me twice as much. Guacamole was lumpy and I mean very big tablespoon sized lumps. So more like not quite ripe Avocados were used and not quite smoothly mixed into guacamole. The brown rice wasn't steamed long enough and a bit crunchy. The chicken had fat and grissle in it, so it wasn't really very good chicken for my taste. I might try the Carnitas Burrito next time and with the crema sour cream. At least it would not be full of Avocado lumps and fatty chicken.
Food was not fresh. Server seemed pretty occupied with the other young teenagers she was working with. I had to repeat myself several times just to get two bowls of food.
The food here was awesome. The girl who started my burrito was very good. The salsa and lettuce guy was on top of things. The cashier/drink guy was a dirty look giving, barely audible mumbling type that came across as being ignorant and unkind. I was not impressed. If given another opportunity to eat here, I will literally pass it down because of that guy
Lady was very rude and rushed through our order she acted like it was a bother for her to have to make our food. Will not be returning to this location.
We ordered delivery on the Chipotle app, the app messed up didn't register the burrito so we paid $36 for a bowl and 2 cokes and you can't call and talk to anyone on the phone. Qdoba will now get my business from now on this establishment has gone down hill bad! Also the bowl that was delivered had no protein maybe a ¼ scoop
I prefer the chicken. I had a steak bowl today and the steak was overdone and had alot of gristle. Staff is awesome though. Chips were stale.
Stale chips, burrito falling apart, messy counter. Won't eat at this store ever again.
The staff is always very helpful. I know they work very hard and the days are long, but that doesn't stop them from being pleasant. Hats off to the staff
Ordered via the app. And I was shorted big time on the quantity of food. It was honestly abut 1/3 the quantity they normally give me at this location. Also, they omitted some the ingredients I asked for. I hate to leave a negative review because every other time I’ve had a good experience. I’ll return. I just won’t ever use the app again.
Update with this location…. Money must be tight. I ordered a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the bottom, an extra one on the side, and two vinaigrettes. I’m used to being charged for the extra tortilla but not the one on the bottom, then they charged me for the dressing. My $8.60 meal quick came out to $15. The cashier was really nice and explained that I needed to pay for the extras and that in-spite of a burrito and a burrito bowl costing the same amount, I need to pay for the card board bowl. I get it, money is tight and it’s better for the bottom line to pass the cost onto your customers… I’ve been ordering this way for over ten years and this is the first location to charge that way. I left my meal and went to a the Chipotle near Walmart off Barry Road. And it is the best chipotle I’ve ever had, and I’m even more satisfied that I wasn’t nickeled and dimed. My meal came out to just over $10.00 (same exact order).
Pinch pennies, lose customers.
Rice didn't have any flavor, chicken was completely burned, sour cream didn't have any flavor, couldn't eat the food. I am sitting with 2 full bowls of inetable food, not worth $35 for 3 people. Cheese and guac cost extra; at this point Taco Bell tasted better. Store was completely filthy, the drink station was COVERED in syrups, spills, and trash.
The young blonde haired boy working tonight. Whatever is going on with you, I'm sorry you're dealing with it. But we your customers, we just want to get our food and go home. There is no reason to be so rude to us. We seen there was no back up container of cheese, I'm sure that can be aggravating. But you have to learn to take things in stride.
