I have been working with Chris and Austin for roughly 11 months and I just cannot express how amazing these guys are at their work. They truly are, masters in their craft. These two guys are the DREAM TEAM! I can't say enough about them. My husband and I found them on YouTube when we decided we were going to move from FL to WA. Knowing that we needed a house in Tacoma with very specific criteria - they took care of us at every turn - truly white glove service. Austin and his team have been absolutely wonderful. My husband and I have worked with Jay Sargent to close on our first home! She was always in communication with us with every step and I wish I could share my call logs haha. She always answered me back promptly and answered any questions that I had (and trust me, I had a lot). She helped pair us with a lender to help make our home buying process less stressful and affordable too. When we had our offer accepted she called and let us know right away even though it was later in the evening. She showed up to the home for inspections and kept in high communication with our lender for any updates or hiccups. I have learned so much from her and I really feel that I've made a friend in Jay. I've had my own personal struggles through the process and she has been a genuinely kind person and supportive when she didn't have to be. I feel blessed that we got to work with her and I think anyone else that does will feel the same way.

Jay Sargent was instrumental to the relocation of my family The Keller's. Jay Sargent assisted us from the beginning in Hawaii she located a Realtor in which worked out perfectly. She also located us a Realtor in Houston Texas. Jay Sargent came down and help with the closing but before that she made sure that she was involved in every step that was taken.
