Wouldn’t provide an estimate over the phone so I took business to a reputable mechanic that would.
Edit: According to the response to this review I’m expected to have my truck towed to the location to receive an estimate and not be able to easily take it to another shop. Also assuming I’m incapable of providing a VIN over the phone. It just sounds like an excuse to avoid calls for estimates or make you bring in your car so you are less likely to leave. I will avoid all Christian Brother shops in the future

Was traveling through Independence while on vacation when my brakes started grinding. The folks at Christian Brothers were able to make the needed repairs and had me on my way early the next morning. Appreciate their service and professionalism!

Great service with exceptional attention to the customer experience. I rated lower because for my oil change the oil sensor was not reset. The drive back to CB to have them reset the gage is not close, or convenient.

The customer service is very friendly and they were quick to change my oil. Plus they did a complementary inspection on my car and they let me know my air filter and battery needed to be replaced.

Just got my car back today after a little over three weeks and I could not be happier. My car came in needing a diagnosis knowing I might need an engine and I did, Noah was there every step in the process making sure to ask before any decisions were made and delt with my crazy questions and the warranty company we thought was faulty. Total was about 6k only paying for less than 1500 (had additional suspension work too) the car couldn’t be in better shape and considering them dealing with the warranty, it got done pretty quick. Would definitely recommend these guys. (engine replacement, ball joint, alignment, inspection)

The staff there are super friendly. They also shuttled me home after I dropped off my vehicle. When I came back to pay, my bill was alot less than when the first evaluated the car. I appreciate their honesty and great service with a smile.

Extremely disappointed with Christian Brothers Automotive in blue Springs. I dropped off my 17 F150 last Tuesday August 22. The problems I was having were as follows. I had noticed a progressively worse, scraping noise on my driver side front end after they replaced the driver side CV axle ($734.68) three weeks prior. Second issue was my driver side tail light was having problems with the blinker, not working intermittently as well as the break light. During the previous visit, they told me I would have to pay $800 plus to have LED tail light assembly replaced. I found a replacement tail light from a Ford dealership online and replaced it myself. After replacement the problem, still continued.
When I brought my truck in on the 22nd concerned about the noise I also ask them to check out the tail light problem. I got a call on Wednesday the 23rd from Adam. He told me that the noise on the driver side was not related to the repairs previously done on the drivers front end. He said the noise and timing was purely coincidental, and that I would need to. Have wheel hub, bearings, and actuator replaced for $1297.48. I was surprised that they would assume no responsibility and could not afford the repair at that time. I asked about the tail light and he told me. My tail light problem was because of some bad wiring with my headlights. I was confused and asked how my headlight wiring could affect my tail lights performance. He said that my headlights were aftermarket and whoever wired them in Crossed them with the tail lights. I told him I didn’t believe the head lights were aftermarket, and he couldn’t tell me what aftermarket manufacture they were, or provide any evidence. Despite my best judgment, I paid him $300 for advanced diagnostics $330 for rewiring repairs and an additional 42.94 in shop fees.for a total of $702.94. This was last week and I have had a very busy weekend on call using my service work vehicle. Today when I went to use my truck for the first time, I noticed immediately that the turn signal and brake light are still failing intermittently. I’m very frustrated that I paid all of this money, and when I questioned the repair, I was told not to worry and just trust their technicians diagnostics. I paid for diagnostics and repairs that did nothing to solve my problem. I need Christian brothers to make this right. I’m concerned taking my vehicle back as every time I pay costly repairs and still have problems.

Toby is and always will be my hero! I know when he is working on my car that it will be done right. He has always gone above expectations to keep me safe.
I recommend this group to any woman who fears being jerked around at the mechanic. Everyone working here talked to me with respect and never tried to sell me work that didn't need done. If I didn't understand what needed done they took the time to explain.

This is not the first time I've used Christian brothers. They have always been very helpful very pleasant to work with very efficient, going above and beyond.

First went to Christian brothers about 9 months ago to get a diagnostic on my 2014 wrangler unlimited Sahara because I was hearing a noise while driving. They diagnosed it as a defective rear differential and charged ~4300 to replace the rear axle. All well and good. A little pricey but the work was done and I had a 2 year warranty, would've rated them 5 stars at this point. About 6 months after this, my rear differential pretty much falls apart and I have to have it towed to Christian brothers. They fix it under warranty but it takes 3 weeks! My rental cars are costing quite a bit by the end of 3 weeks and Adam agreed to see if the differential company would reimburse me (they gave me $600 when I spent nearly double that on rentals). At this point I probably would've rated 4 stars. Then, when I went to pick up my jeep after the 3 weeks in the shop, I hop in, go to release the e-brake, and it just goes completely loose, something snaps and renders the e-brake completely unusable. This is where Christian Brothers had an opportunity to make things right and they failed massively. I'm not going to argue whether or not their working on the car damaged the e-brake or if an employee broke it and managed to fix it enough where I would break it up on entering the vehicle, or even if it just happened to break the very first pull after getting it back from them. The point is, when I dropped my car off with Christian brothers, I had a working e-brake, and when I picked it up, my e-brake was broken. Did Christian brothers offer to fix this? No. They charged me for the parts and labor (they gave me 15% off for my trouble). This is where I'm finally fed up. I won't ever use Christian brothers again and I recommend that you don't use them either. I hope this review helps in determining whether or not this shop is for you.

I had a minor brake issue and it was quickly resolved they ended up charging me for an hour of work. They maybe are not the cheapest, but are certainly the best!
