I had a failing battery and was able to get an immediate appointment. It was replaced and at the same time a 10,000 mile oil change and check were done. In addition a wheel alignment was checked and performed at my request. I was taken to and from my home while I waited for same-day service. Levonte was courteous and pleasantly chatty. Christian Brothers is awesome!

Excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel, particularly Bryan the service manager. Convenient location for me. Although I didn't need to use, I discovered there's a shuttle service.

Great place to pay for fake repairs on your car that isn't broken.

I took my car here at the beginning of the summer for routine maintenance. There were some pros and cons.

Pros: They did a very successful job changing the oil.

Cons: Tried to charge me over $600 to replace my serpentine belt. Fortunately I know how to replace a serpentine belt, so I rejected that repair and checked on it myself. I didn't see anything wrong with it and have driven thousands of miles since with no problems. Makes me wonder what other repairs they made up that I actually paid for.

They flushed and refilled the brake lines. Since they did I've had low brake fluid that I had to refill multiple times myself.

They send me period reminders to bring my car back in. Good luck with that.

First time dealing with Christian Bros Automotive. They were referred by another car shop because they didn’t have the equipment to fix my A/C. Christian Bros informed me that Honda has an extended warranty for my A/C condenser and I should give the dealership a call. I had no idea. They saved me at least $1500. I wonder if other car shops would have been this honest?

They have always been very professional and upfront on the costs of repairs. They have my full confidence in correcting the issue in the most cost effective and efficient way possible without cutting any corners.

They were able to smog test my car in one day as opposed to waiting two weeks which was what I was experiencing everywhere else.

I would recommend them to everyone I know. They took very good care of me. They checked everything on the car and let me know everything that had to and things that should be done. I'd like to thank them for a great experience.

Let me preface by saying I have some trust issues with shops because of some bad experiences with sleezy mechanics growing up. Caused me to do a lot of the work myself when I started driving and it's been hard for me to trust a shop. I inherited a Jeep WJ that needed a lot of love and care, and after leaving it to sit for over a month, I had just about given up on it. Doug and his team at Christian Brothers have been incredibly patient, professional, and transparent as they worked through the Jeep.

Their diagnostic report is very detailed and transparent - you see what they see. It was clear that they only want to see the problems resolved, and will prioritize the most important issues for you in the report, and not that they're trying to get a penny out of you. Pricing is given up front, and they explain anything that may cause that estimate to change and communicate very effectively. I have a language processing disorder, and the fact that they offer to communicate via text has been a huge benefit to me. Also great for those of us that don't like talking on the phone, and prefer not to navigate tough decisions over the phone in real time.

All in all, the experience I've had with this shop over multiple drop offs has been by far the best. I'm recommending CB to all of my friends, and only taking my car, my wife's car, and our Jeep to CB from now on. If you're hesitant on pulling the trigger, and have trust issues from bad experiences with other shops, know that you can trust this shop!

Friendly & professional staff that always treats me well and communicates in a timely and easy to understand manner. Unlike Dobbs they don’t rip you off and are honest about what needs to be done vs what is recommended and what is perfectly fine.

Great people and great service. They have earned another customer for life even though it's a bit out of my way to get there. I will always prefer to go to CBA first for my automotive maintenance and repair needs.

Love their friendliness and care they take with the customers. We started using them for convenience. But we will continue to use them because they are just great.

The service was a lot faster than I was expecting, and the people who work there are always really nice. I'm really glad I started coming here for my car maintenance.

I was over due on my oil change and needed done asap. Called Brian and he was able to fit me in and got it done in less than an hour (from time of call to walking out of the shop). They offered us a drink while we waited and the vehicle was clean when I got back in.

I have used Christian Brothers for many years and will continue to do so.

People at CBA - Valley Park are super friendly and helpful. It also has one of the nicest waiting areas of all the auto shops I've been to.

I actually got my emission check. My appointment was at 9 am and at 9: 05 my car was getting tested. The five minutes consisted of getting checked in. Greeted with a smile and “ good morning. ” I didn’t get a chance to get settled in and get a quick nap on the comfortable couch. Before that could happen I was being called to the counter to check out. All around excellent experience. I’m going back for a oil change next.

Called late on MLK day - my car is already getting worked on. Everyone was kind and pleasant upon drop off. Thanks for the great service!

I had the pleasure of visiting this particular location of Upsell Brothers Automotive for an inspection of my SUV. They failed it, for what turned out to be complete falsehoods. I then took it to a more reputable business, where the mechanics looking at it were scratching their heads, and outright laughing at what Upsell Brothers Automotive wrote in their estimate. I think they are used to the yuppies in west county just okaying anything they put on paper. Oh and speaking of paper, that was truly the best part. The 3 pages of upselling nonsense they included in their estimate, made for some great reading. I think even the state might wanna read too.:)
