Never returned my call when I bought my house in 2020. There was a problem with their representative not doing what was agreed on among the listing/& my lousy real estate agent (who said the buyer should handle it but didn't) during the sale. The roof shingle manufacture also claimed he did not submit paperwork for my roof warranty. I tried calling again August 2022 and I still didn't get a return call.
