I was looking for the nail color and the ring opened. A few fell on floor. Angie came running and yelling at me. I said it was an accident. She kept yelling in my face, I TOLD HER GET OUT OFY FACE NOW. ANGIE NEEDS TO KNOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS AND PEOPLE COULD CALL AN ATTORNEY BECAUSE SHE IS MGMT. I give them ZERO STARS DUE TOGMT zero

It was surprisingly cheap, but really well done. Usually other places either don't paint the entire fake nails, or never put enough fake nail on (so the bottom of my real nail was visible, as if it was growing out). But this place did good! Covered my cubicles and she got me a pretty rooster on my nails too

I have been unhappy in the past but I keep trying to go there cause they are so close to my house. But my nails look huge and no one else does that. If you try to explain they act as if they don’t understand. They scammed me today for the last time!

Been here a couple of times and have not been satisfied with my nails. They have cut my nails and blended the blood into the wet polish and continued with the manicure. They move very quick, missing parts of the nail, leaving them to not be painted. They are not respectful and gentle with yours nails.

Used to go here all the time, they did a wonderful job. Have recently went downhill significantly and have left disappointed the last 3 times. Haven’t had proper nail care from them in a while, only removed the gel and applied the new gel set. They moved very fast, missing polish on parts of the nail. My friend also had a bad experience; they cut her one time and blended the blood into the nail and continued to finish the manicure. On a recent visit, they blended hidden hair from the dirty towels into the wet polish. About a year ago, I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and they burned off my skin form the wax being too hot. They are very disrespectful and are not very gentle with your nails and eyebrows.

Most of the staff is great and hospitable. My last pedi sucked because I had the older reason who wanted to speak the other employee next to her. Came back with a messed us pedi that the refused to fix. I was surprised. They seened to jack up the price (understandable) with inflation, but passed it on to us, and the quality and the time and treatment we all deserve. We go to these places for "us" time. A refuge away from the kids.looks lime it's time to move on.

Girls are so cute. They do wonderful work. And the work last. And they are fast. A happy place.
