18 Had a good experience with the sales team. They helped me acquire a vehicle on short notice.
That said, the truck came with an empty tank of fuel and needed an oil change immediately.
Good but not great.
My husband and finally found the car we were looking for at Chuck Anderson Ford. Everyone at Chuck Anderson Ford was a pleasure to meet and made doing business so easy. The car we were interested in was clean and ready for us the minute we pulled up. Andre, Ricky and (I believe it was) Chuck himself were great people, and we really felt like we were buying our car from old friends. This small town dealership was the best dealership we have ever been to. They were friendly, fair, and really made us happy. Would recommend anyone to do business with them, even if you are coming from the Kansas side - it's well worth the trip!

Brought my 2018 Escape in Monday morning to have it serviced, thinking it was battery needing replaced. I left my cell number and stated that if I was at work and couldn't answer, to please leave a msg. On Tuesday I was expecting some kind of update about my car but never received a call. When I got into town around 2: 30 I stopped in to see about my car and was told that it's done and ready to go. It was done just before close on Monday, so I should've had a msg Tuesday that my car was ready. My car is running great, but no communication shows a lack of care or concern for the customer.
We just purchased an Expedition Max. We could not have had a better group of sales professionals! They did everything they could to make the deal happen. Shout out to Cody, Michael and the whole group. Thank you!
Really terrible communication and full of excuses for it. I was told today that the guy doesn't call people with updates because he knows he is going to be yelled at.

Brought in for 2nd oil change, Anderson Ford always exceeds my expectations! Would recommend the Dealership to anyone needing service or purchasing a new vehicle!
I don't know why I ever went anywhere else for my vehicle needs! When I had my Explorer they actually fixed it's issues instead "band aiding" it. Now, I have a Ranger that most places won't touch for an oil change (the front wheel has to be taken off). They seriously make my life easier.

After going through several other local Ford dealerships we found our home! These guys go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and confident in leaving them with one of your most biggest assets.your auto!
To start off, I talked to the service manager Paul Palmer, and he said to bring my truck in Monday morning and it would be in the shop Tuesday. That was a lie. Wednesday I called Dustin, Service Write up guy, and he said it was in the shop. I drove by one hour later and my truck in same place tow trucker parked it. A few days later I call Dustin and he said a couple mechanics called in sick. The day I call Dustin and he said two of his coworkers did not show up and no time to talk.
Finally I had enough of their delay after delay to put a part on my truck that took me less than 10 minutes to put on myself in the parking lot and in rain and after surgery.
Thanks for nothing Chuck Anderson Ford.

After buying a Ford down at HEARTLAND CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM I'm taking my business elsewhere, they are terrible, if you want a real dealership come to Chuck Anderson Ford! Unfortunately I can't trade in to Chuck Anderson yet my sales tax isn't paid, but when the time comes it definitely will!
Very good dealership and personnel. Wasn't pressured in any aspect, and everyone was respectful.

Those I have worked with remember my name. Both sales and service staff listen and are attentive to my concerns and needs. Awesome customer service.
Dustin, I think he is the service manager. He went over and beyond helping us out with our issue. Truly a gentleman and fair. We will definitely take our car back there when and if we have anymore issues.
