Chuck's Boots reviews
21Has any kind of boot you are looking for but no kids clothing but will definitely be going back will probably be get all my boot from here
Great selection and awesome staff. Catfish was very helpful and shared knowledge in an informative not pushy way. He is a very polite and genuine person. River checked us out and she was really nice too.
Biggest selection of any kind of boot your looking for! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! I drive 40 miles one way just to purchase my work boots and recreational boots I might need! They have a good selection of belts, jackets, jeans, hoodies and leather wallets. I highly recommend chucks for all your boots needs!
Great selection of both western, exotics, and work boots. Love the place and the sales people aren't smothering you unless you ask for help.
I wasn't impressed. I went to get work boots and only found 3or4 in my size and type that I needed. They have all kinds of boots though, and a lot of them.
Came in to buy men's hiking boots for Christmas and asked Connor to help me as I didn't know anything about them. Connor helped me find exactly what I was wanting and even ordered the right size. Connor was friendly, respectful, knowledgable (he asked someone if he didn't know), helpful, had manners, and went the extra mile to check stock in the right size for me 13W several times. We have always had help in this store from all of the staff but I am writing this post because Connor is 18 years old. We are self employed and know all about the problems with the work force this past year. It really makes me feel good to know that there are still some 18 year old kids out there that are hard workers, have manners, and believe in doing a good job! Special shout out to you Connor and Thank you!
I may be biased but I don't shop for boots anywhere but chuck's boots. Some boots are seemingly high in price. But when it comes to boots you get what you pay for. Very high quality boots.
I am a female looking for a pair of outdoor work boots. Men coming into the store had no issues being greeted by the almost entirely female front desk. I however was offered absolutely no greeting, much less assistance. The store is a jumbled mess making it almost impossible to find anything. Once you do find something you like and search the completely disorganized chaos be prepared for them to not have any of the most common sizes. I will not be back.
I swear to God no joke I had a dream about an entire building dedicated to the sale if boots, when I woke up I thought "surely god could not bless our world with an actual store dedicated to the sale of boots" but here we are living in a world that has a store dedicated to the sale of boots
Awesome selection of western wear, Great service with a smile. You want to come back because they made me feel like I was important, they placed high value on there customers.
I bought my leather coat there for less than $150. But they had someone follow us around the entire time we tried on riding boots and jackets. It was quite comical.especially when we paid cash for our purchase. I guess they were disappointed when all 6 hundred dollar bills were real! But I digress. Thanks for the laughs!
I have been buying the same brand of boots for 6 years. That company no longer makes the model I used.
Michelle was super helpful in assisting me to select a new boot and in using the voucher my job issues for boots.
Walked in looking for a simple pair of work boots and ended up spending a small fortune. The sales they had going on was just overwhelming! What started as a simple search for boots turned into a winter clothing spending spree!
This was my first trip to Chuck's. I didn't realize they had clothing, coats etc. Everything at the time was on sale and way cheaper than anywhere else. Couldn't pass it up.
Give zero look like most there boots are seconds have to go through boxes of boots to find a good pair go to Hampton shoe repair if you want good customer care and quality made American boots and somebody that has knowledge about boots instead of trying to make a dollar
I can’t thank John enough for his help. This was my first time purchasing a pair of cowgirl boots & we all know how overwhelming that can be, but after asking John some questions & figuring out what style I wanted. He led me right to where I needed to be. Thanks again & I can’t wait to rock my new boots at the Jason Aldean concert. John is at the Fenton location if anyone needs suggestions on boots.
Great selection. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not a lot of American Made high quality duty boots though. Computer inventory doesn't match floor inventory. I bought a no longer produced, 3 year old pair of previous model boots, made in Oct. 2018, still on the shelf, and they gave me $10 off. I felt they should have been clearenced. Oh well, still got a quality pair of boots. Torn between saving money by buying online or supporting local workers.
I have to give a shout out to Chuck's Boots today. We all know that any job right now is either crazy busy or there aren't enough people staffed (due to lack of applicants). It has been a long time since (I any store) I had a employee walk up to me and ask me if I was doing okay and finding everything okay. They were amazing! Everyone and I mean everyone who passed me said hello and greeted me and my family. Great big high five on customer service folks.
Bobbie at Chuck’s in Fenton was amazing. I am new in the boot game and had no idea how to find the best fit. Bobbie was so helpful and patient. She is a true professional and we will definitely be back!
Been using Chuck’s for my boot needs since I moved to the area 15 years ago. Went in today to pick up a new pair of western boots for my mother’s funeral. Couldn’t find anybody to help me look for correct sizes or styles. Finally found a pair that I liked and took them to the register to pay. Cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her to ring me up. Asked about veteran discount and you’d have thought I asked for half off. Still debating if I’ll keep these boots or return them after the funeral. Only bought them because I didn’t have time to run all over the city looking for another supplier. I know I’m just one customer and they won’t miss me but unless something drastically changes I’ll never buy another pair of boots from them.
I went there to find some boots for a wedding. I talked to a couple of different employees who were very helpful. One in particular, Casey (hope I got it right) was extremely polite and very helpful. She gave some advice and then let me be for awhile. She checked on me to see how I was doing and took time to talk about different style of boots and show me other boots as well. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I told her how much I appreciate her time. Thank you. I'll be back again.
