Church's Texas Chicken, Gladstone MO

The people working here act like they hate each other and their job. 26 dollars for 8 pieces of non seasoned chicken, burnt Mac and cheese, which looked like it was dumped from another container into ours, and 4 biscuits is a major rip off! Never will I ever tell anyone Church's is good, I will make sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else. They didn't even put honey and butter in the bag. Like come on. Where is the customer service here? ! Be better. If you like eating trash. Eat here.

Getting chicken was like pulling teeth. Claimed a meal they advertised was only available at certain times. Confused over my denial of a combo. Also previous combinations appear to be absent. Chicken was good, but it should've come with Advil.

I pick up doordash from here and every time it smells so good so I always come back and eat lol. It’s always tasty and staff is always very friendly.

Asked for 2 10 piece specials legs and thighs they gave me all thighs in one box and maybe 5 legs In the other box. Communication goes a long way glad I checked my food before leaving.

Had a large order and it was all correct. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Better than any of the other chicken places in Gladstone.

The staff was awesome we had tried to order online but for some reason it wasn't ordering what we wanted. We explained it and they took the time to look up the deal on online and gave us for that price. Definitely went out of the way. Food always good at this location. Thumb up.

Counter help was not present they were out back of the restaurant for some reason.
They came to the frt.area after another employee hollered at them a couple of times.

. Just plain rude! I entered the lobby to place an order. No one was waiting and no one was in the drive through. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and there was no sign of any employees present. I'm a patient person and assumed maybe they're in the back or using the restroom. Sure enough a female employee came walking from the back with wet hands, wearing a headset and began taking someone's order in the drive thru. She walked right by me and didn't even acknowledge me with a "hello" or "one moment". I stood there for another two minutes listening to her talk to the person in the drive thru and finally decided to take my business elsewhere. She could definitely use some customer service training.

They are always out of food ordered. Thischas happen several times psst months. Also they have given out bad sweet tea that tastes like its several days old.

Okay. Ordered a family combo and the chicken was okay, but only gave us a small thing of mashed potatoes and one small serving of fries for a FAMILY combo.

Kind of sad about that one.

This is the third time I’ve went to this location and ask for a spicy chicken and got home and my order was not satisfactory nor was any of my food spicy. I do not recommend going here these ppl
Continuously messes up orders and never or apologetic or try to rectify the situation

I love fried chicken and theirs is good. There have been mishaps with delivery them forgetting certain items but they’re good to make it up if you call.

Church's food is really becoming hit or miss. Mostly miss. Church's used to be my favorite and you could warm it up and it still taste good but not now

Had to wait over 5 minutes for them to come to the speaker in drive-thru when no one was in front of me. Only ordered a piece of chicken and mash potatoes but it was hot and good. Just can't get good service anywhere these days apparently.

The Chicken is good. I had 2 pieces of chicken with corn on the cob. The people are very friendly here.

LISTEN. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHURCHES CHICKEN THAT I'VE EVER VISITED. FOOD IS NEAR INEDIBLE.

Stale fries bad attitude. Bad customer service dirty I would not go back ever! The fries actually tasted old

Always consistent. Not a healthy option by far, but it is a nostalgic meal from my younger days. A little comfort food once in awhile never hurts!
