For God sakes: If u go thru the drive thru; U will be forgotten abt & really the staff don't care they serve the peoplei inside 1st. It's the craziest thing! WEIRD BUT GO SEE 4 URSELF. VERY DISTESPECTFUL & DOWN RIGHT RUDE! IF U ASK ME!

They cooked the tenders fresh for me and was very patient as I did not know the menu the only thing is it could need some updating and a little bit more clean and I would give it more stars

Wait times are pretty lengthy, but the food is always fresh so it evens out. Service is kind of shotty at times though, and it's not in the best part of town.

Been going here for 3 years now so it can't be too bad.

Ordered thru drive thru and cashier accidentally cashed out my order and charged my credit card but then apparently refunded never seen my money come back and card and never received my food unless I paid again waited more than an hour with this problem called corporate and no issue resolved they need better employees

Fresh food. The chicken wasn't dry like it has been sitting around. It was clean and had pretty good service.

Parking lot was empty, but I still waited in line for over 25 minutes. Not sure what's going on there but I hope they get it together.

This Churches is a staple of the East side 24th and Hardesty it's been around there for many years, and it's kind of like everybody knows everybody.

Costumer service was exelente!

Seasoning. Not so much. Seems like our chicken got tossed in plain flour and fried.

OMG this place makes me so mad because they used to be soooo fresh and delicious years ago. Now the mashed potatoes taste old. The chicken pieces are like chicken wing size not chicken thigh size. This place has really gone downhill!

Chicken was hot. Fries were limp nothot and fresh. Forgot to give me the pie. I didn't go back.

Church's Chicken is not the same as it used to be it used to be able to smell the chicken blocks and blocks and blocks away now you can't even smell it even if in the store or taking it home in your car you cannot smell it and the Chicken box used to be very greasy now it's not

I called to speak to the owner to make sure their chicken wasn't fried in "lard" (pork fat) because someone told me that the owner doesn't use lard. However, I wanted to make sure, and they don't! YAYYYYYYY I hadn't had any Church's Chicken in YEARS! I actually missed eating a crispy hot piece of fried deliciousness with hot pepper juice poured over the top So, I came in to this particular one because the rest use lard, and otder food for dinner and I get home and my fries were so undercooked that they seemed as if they weren't cooked at all? I was not happy to throw them away but I live too far that's why the 4 stars instead of 5. However, the chicken, fried okra, apple pies were very delicious. I didn't quite understand the biscuits, so I will give them another try.

Overcooked, greasy and tough. I rarely eat this chicken. I ate some of one piece and gave it away. The purchase was not for me.

The guy taking my order wanted me to get to it/through it with my order. Also, I was the only one in the drive thru. Nor did I see anyone on the inside. It's tough to connect with some people who don't want to.to get your order right. What's the rush!? ! The lady at the window and prepping the chicken were friendly.

Went in manager was calling employees hey you. Weren't organized at all. I left after being inside for 3-4 minutes. Manager never acknowledged me being there.

Mice droppings on chicken fried! I asked for my money back they refuse. They offer more chicken I threw it out! Never again

I go here about 3 times a week. Staff is friendly. Today i came thru the drive thru. Ordered 4 piece meal with bombers. I got 3 pieces of chicken an every last one of my bombers was hollow. No cheese no peppers. Inside was completely empty. I love this place but come on. Guy in drive through repeated back my order an still gave me the wrong amount an overcooked bombers. Gotta do better.
