Circle K, St Peters MO

Will go across the street from now on. Walked in passing 2 employees at the entrance smoking cigarettes to get in line 9 deep. Waited for 5 minutes and after realizing they had no intention of getting back to work to help the one lady at checkout. When I left there were at least 12 people waiting in line and the employees were just watching the line grow. This is not the first time I've walked out of this has station.

Stopped in here and to be clear I am rating the customer service. I only grabbed something quickly. The person who was at the check out was bright, cheerful, caring, and very sociable. I watched as she had brightened people’s day to every person she helped. She was very personable and positive. I was extremely brought up by her above and beyond customer care. I wish this gas station had more to offer. I just surly wanted her to be recognized as I wish her personality was the kind everyone had the pleasure of encountering every time they went to any place of business. I love to see when someone, who is in any line of business, treats all their customers with that kind of care!

Told cashier that worked there there was spilled soda on counter and he acted like he didn’t care. He also took a phone call with me standing at counter to pay for my stuff. Phone call sounded personal. Then walked away and left me standing there for a few minutes. I go to this circle k often and have not had that kind of service before.

One cashier at 6: 30 on a Friday. I’ve been coming to this station for my whole 10+ years of living around here and this is ridiculous.

I stop buy this Circle. K at least 3 times a week have never had any issues. Untill about a month or so they hired a new woman who bareley says anything most time nothing. For a example had her check 3 lottery tickets she check them and never said there were no winners. Just handed them back and walked away. Does she treat everyone this way? I will still go there and return the same respect I recieve. And why does she always park her car right at the front door. Isnt she to park on the side like the other employees.this will be her rating from me from now on.

They have a kerosene pump. Employees were polite and helpful.
