Claire's, Lee's Summit MO

Of course my daughter loves everything girly so this is heaven to her but the evening staff didn't say a word to us until checking out.it's a huge part of customer service that gets me.

My daughter and I went in for piercings, I had my cartilage on my ear done and my daughter had her ears. Kat did an amazing job! We both are very happy and will be back for more shopping!

Saturday before Christmas. I'm stressed and can't move my child fast enough. The clerk picked up on this and immediately helped my daughter make good choices. We had the BEST customer service ever today. I'm so appreciative of people who are kind and out of their way to help others!

Went in to get a simple lobe piercing, the girl acted disgusted like she didn’t even want to do it and then marked my ears lopsided not expecting me to correct her, her attitude was trash and the fact that she didn’t care if I walked out of this store with lopsided earrings is BEYOND me! Either way first AND LAST time patronizing this location

Great experience all around! My 8 year old got her ears pierced and they were patient and good with her! My 17 year old decided to get a second ear piercing during our visit and they look great. Ended up purchasing 12 extra pairs of earrings due to the deals they had at the time. Ladies working in the store are very friendly and good with kids! Would definitely recommend!

Our piercer did an amazing job on me and my sister's ears. She was very nice to us. Would definitely recommend this to be the place to get your ears pierced.

Brittany did an awesome job pricing my two year old’s ears. She was patient and rechecked her work a couple different times to make sure the earrings would be even, and even made it a point to let me look where she would be placing the earrings before pricing. At home cleaning one earring did seem a little too tight from the gun, but it was a easy fix and my two year old is already starting to get used to cleaning and turning/pushing the earrings.

Jordan was very informative and patient with both my girls getting their ears pierced for the first time. She was friendly and helped my girls feel comfortable about a big step in their lives. She helped them find quality earrings for after their ears heal. We will recommend this place to friends!

I like Claire's but not the pricing. I don't have many other options as far as earrings. So I bite my tongue and pay the price since I have 16 holes in my ears I go through them like crazy, but I wish the prices were a little more reasonable. Even with the sale I feel I spent too much for what I got. Maybe I'm wrong but just my opinion. Location is ideal yet can be crazy busy at times an no where to park. But you'll figure it out.

My 4 month old sons ears were pierced unevenly we spent $120 and they said they could re-pierce it as mistakes happen but who wants to put their child through that pain all over again and whose to say it won’t scar. Get pierced somewhere else!

My daughter loves this place and when they have sales its not bad but a little pricey for my taste, but they do have a lot of cute things.

Everyone there is so friendly and easy to talk to. They were so helpful on what jewelry to get. It was a chill experience.

Worse than one star. Called ahead to make sure two were available to do a piercing for a 4 year olds first piercing. They screwed up one and had to try to re do it. Had absolutely no patience with my daughter who was now crying and had no trust for them anymore. They expected me to pay over $80 for the one piercing they did not mess up.

Some things are reasonably priced, however many things are way over priced and not necessarily well made!
