7 If I lose this tooth!
Exrays taken of the wrong side of my teeth. Left in the chair to look at the xrays for maybe an hour. Total ignorance on the part of the staff as they shoved a pair of technicians glasses in my hand and shoved me out the door pretending not to notice I had them. I WAS THERE FOR A BROKEN TOOTH (on the outside side)! ;not to steal glasses for a buddy in prison with glaucoma. Take your own inventory.
Love the doctors. Billing is screwed up about everytime I have labs done. I would NEVER recommend the dental care. The woman who attempted to treat my grandsons, both special needs, was so rude and intolerant, both with them and their mother that care was sought elsewhere. Then clarity threatened to call dfs on her if she didnt furnish them with the name of the new dentist so they could contact them. Unprofessional and inept. 0 stars for dental care
Sliding scale based on income, the Dental department is connected but different than the healthcare portion. You'll have to make appointments separate. They're flexible with schedule and send you email or text reminders.
The staff are so friendly. They remember my name and treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
I was a housekeeper for this building and trust me when I say the dental assistants are lazy and do not keep their work areas clean. They also left sharps from the ends of their utensils all over the floor for the housekeepers to pick up. Also had to pick up 2 bloody teeth up from the floor 2 different times. That stuff is the responsibility of the dental assistants to dispose of properly in a biohazard container, and they were left out in the open for others to see. If i wouldn't have been there to do THEIR JOB FOR THEM, that place would be in so much trouble. Wouldn't pick this place to do any of my dental procedure if all they do is throw your teeth on the floor for customers to see.
I believe that this place is a DEVIL DEMON incentive to the pain of their patients. My daughter who has to get 29 teeth pulled without pain medication. She must have all her teeth pulled and Dr. Stohl in Hannibal will be doing her dentures. And by the mouth of Dr. Stohl's nurses it is unbelievable at the care of this clinic their lack of compassion and empathy is ridiculous. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to Clarity Dental in Hannibal Missouri. If there was a way to report them and their staff to the Board of Dentistry I will find a way.
