These people don’t know how to talk to customers. I want to buy a microwave with money, here’s the measurements for the cabinet, can you help me to buy one? Nope, seriously? I talked in circles with this guy for 5 minutes and he seemed irritated. If you own a store, don’t be surprised if people call and want to make a purchase. I thought that was a good thing
Update: just got off the phone with GE and ordered my microwave after talking to a “helpful “ representative and it will be delivered to the front door. Awesome service!

I got a part and it was bad. I got bad attitude and questioning my technicians about whether they knew what they were doing. I got told to call another technician they knew and pay a service call to prove that that part was bad. Won't do business there again.

Only needed a part for my stove, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend Clark's for your appliance needs.

They replaced a washer for us through our landlord. Kept in good contact, showed up right when they were supposed to be here and were in and out as quickly as could be asked. Definitely recommend based on my experience.

I'm all for supporting small businesses even if it means paying a little more even though not really a fan of GE Appliances. Different family members and I have used them for sales and service over the years.
No longer use repair service though. Had an issue with a 5 year old stove, not bought from them, said wasn't worth looking at and should just get a new one. Called another place that came out and fixed it in less than 30 min. A few weeks later had a dryer issue, again not brought from them, was an older machine and would not have put a lot of money it but wanted to at least get it looked at. Gave Clark's another chance, same thing, wouldn't even come look it. Called other place that looked at stove, in and out and fixed in less than an hour for a lot cheaper than a new dryer would have cost.
Bought an appliance there a few years ago but nothing sense so can't say how sales department is still but will no longer use them for service.

The best kept appliance store in the Midwest! Go see the folks. This is a great place for GE appliances and for service. We shop with Clark's over and over for a reason, reliable with a smile!

I walked into the store on I believe Thursday, February 5 while the man at the counter by the door was on the phone and not wearing a mask. I proceeded to the back of the room where I thought the bargain appliances might be. A moment later the same person walks up to me and asks me to put my mask on. I complied but my mask kept falling off my nose but still covered my mouth. I kept putting it back up. I finally got so frustrated that I left out really upset. He seemed more concerned with my mask than anything else. They also refused to let me use the restroom, sending me to the Dollar store a few hundred feet away, which also turned down my plea. They were lucky that I didn't pee on their floor. What I will give the man credit for iss calling me 'sir' and also giving me the name and number of a man that sells used appliances. Nevertheless, I may never ever return to that store!

I would give negative stars if I could. They demanded I keep space and wear a mask, but refused to wear a mask in my own home. They lied and said they weren't required to and have been delivery maskless since March. Public Health stated that they had been contacted about them before and had sent warnings and Clark's denied it. If you got an appliance delivered and later got sick, consider who was in your house.

I called Clark’s appliance To find a part for my refrigerator after calling another local parts store Who was unable to help me. The lady I spoke to was kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to find my part which was nice. She provided good customer service which is hard to come by these days. As soon as my part arrived someone called and I picked it up. Works great! Thank you!

5 star service from manager Pam, and excellent products.however shockingly pitiful service from delivery man named Jack. Stubbornly refused to wear a mask, a visor, or rubber gloves.appeared intentionally willing to endanger me and my family. Have you heard of Covid 19, Jack? Whether you are disrespectful and uncaring or not, I will pray that you don't contract it.

If I could put a negative 10 on my review I would. Pam is the worst business person in the world for two and a half months they had my order and my money. She did not produce the product that she sold me. Every time I called it was another excuse. I would not spend my money at this business!
