Clarks Bostonian Outlet, Branson MO

Very disappointed. Found a fantastic deal on some slippers for $20 but after helping me choose them, they wouldn't sell them to me because the register wouldn't ring them up. (What? ! Why? !) They were perfect and I am so disappointed they wouldn't let me purchase them. Total waste of time.

My wife and 74yr old mother were shopping in this store for shoes when a very rude older lady began to speak to my mother with a bad tone. My mother told her they were close to closing and she could go home and relax after the lady exclaimed how tired she was but the lady became more agitated thus saying I still have to vacuum the floors. You go to patronize a business and it kills your mood. What great staff to treat a customer with an unprofessional discourteous incompetent bad attitude. So remind us, why do I wanna shop here again? We came from Arkansas on Fourth of July holiday to have a good time. 7-3-22 around 6: 30 pm

I bought two pairs of shoes on the 99.00 special. I returned one pair because they were too small. They didn't run true to size. I only received 20.00 back because, even though I paid 45.00, when you return them they charged the original price of 69.00 and I somehow only got 20.00 back. Big ripoff! They took the original amount I pd by more than half. I will shop elsewhere for my Clark's!

Disappointed, wide sizes almost completely left out. And prices, not really an outlet. Clark shoes are of good quality. Again, very sad about very limited in wide sizes.

The lady that that was there to sale shoes was more concerned about us going and getting a mask than selling shoes. I'm not blaming her she is just doing what she's told but the company did loose a sell and a customer

Clerk was very helpful. Found just the pair of shoes I wanted.
