Clarkson Dental Group, Chesterfield MO

First time here after our long time dentist retired. The staff is efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I was able to fill out all my information online prior to going in today. No extra paperwork was needed. The office is clean and nice. My cleaning and exam went well. The hygienist (Nikki) was VERY THOROUGH and professional. The most thorough cleaning I think I have ever had! X-rays were taken and after the cleaning the doctor examined me. He’s very thorough, gentle and professional too. I am very happy I found this group and will continue my dental care at the practice. I highly recommend them!

Clarkson Dental Group is an exceptional office. It’s said the quality of a business starts at the top. This is certainly the case here. From the Dr.to the front desk assistants, everyone is professional and very friendly. They make you feel like you’ve known them forever. I had an excellent experience. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Mahlin and his dental assistant, Kim. They’re the best!

It was more like a visit with friends than a trip to the dentist office. The staff was super friendly and actually concerned about my comfort! Nikki & Dr. Mahlin explained my dental health in terms I could understand.

Everyone at Clarkson Dental Group is super friendly. Nikki is my hygienist and she is excellent and Dr. Mahlin is great. They are so thorough and I feel like my teeth are well taken care of. I mean, I still don't like to go to the dentist (does anyone?), but everyone there makes the process so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I called asking to get a filling as I had some pain in one of my teeth. They charged me $200 dollars and instead of doing what I needed, the dentist performed a diagnostic that included a referral for a specialist that really had nothing to do with my pain. I wasted time and money with a very bland apology from the dentist. This dental clinic seems more about the process than solving patient problems.

Dr Scott Mahlin and his entire staff at Clarkson Dental are above and beyond what is expected in patient care. Dr Mahlin calls that night after a procedure is done by him in his office that day. He has great concern for the well being of his patients and it shows. Dr Mahlin is an asset to Chesterfield, MO.

My visit for X-Rays and teeth cleaning today was great. I have had oral cancer and my mouth is kinda a mess. Kim did a great job keeping me from having vertigo. That is an issue I suffer from also. Everyone at Clarkson Dental are wonderful people. As always Dr. Mahlin always takes time to talk about my visit and the condition of my teeth. I never feel hurried. It is a pleasure seeing everyone when I go there. Many thanks to all of them.

I had a cleaning on April 4th and as always it was a great experience. I have issues with vertigo but both Kim and Dr. Mahlin kept me from having an episode. Yes, it means more effort on their part. They are such caring people. Many thanks. Kay

Today is 10-03-2022 & I had my teeth cleaned at Clarkson Dental. As always, Kim did a great job on getting my teeth clean. She is always concerned about my vertigo & did a wonderful job keeping me from having an attack. So very nice of her. Also when Dr. Mahlin checks my teeth he is also concerned about my vertigo. Both are so very concerned about me as a patient. The entire staff is great. It is a pleasure going to have my teeth cleaned. Kay

This office is filled with courteous providers and helpful personnel all around. I’m not a fan of the dentist generally. They made me feel comfortable and understood this aspect of care that is often overlooked.

I have been neglecting my teeth for years due to anxiety over going to the dentist. Not anymore! The folks at Clarkson Dental are truly amazing. Very personable, kind, friendly and so intuitive of a person's individual needs. Will be going here for all of my future needs. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is super nice and welcoming, making everyone feel comfortable during your appointment. I want to give a shout out to Kim my dental hygienist, she is awesome! She is always very friendly and explains what she is doing. Dr Mahlin treats everyone like family.

Several weeks ago I reached the unfortunate conclusion that it was time to depart with one of my rear molars per ongoing issue. On my call in to Clarkson Dental, Caleb was most concerned and after assuring him it was not an emergency, still ensured I got the first available appointment for an extraction. On the day of my appointment Dr. Mahlin performed a pain free extraction providing narrative during the process so I understood what was occurring throughout. I am impressed that I experienced no pain even after the local anesthetic wore off, and of course most appreciative of the follow up call I received from Dr. Mahlin himself!
Finally, the person who brought me to “the chair” and assisted with my extraction, Kasey. I doubt anyone looks forward to a tooth pull, but Kasey immediately put me at ease with her wit and charm. During the procedure, Kasey assisted Dr. Mahlin with what I felt perfect synchronicity, then afterward made sure I understood steps I need to follow post op and that I had everything I needed. Start to finish, I always feel well cared for at Clarkson Dental.

The staff is awesome! Everyone is so kind and welcoming when you walk in, they put you at ease. Same goes for Dr M. I highly recommend this team.
