Everyone was friendly and following Covid-19 protocols, which was a great relief. I especially want to give a shout-out to Grace, who definitely lived up to her name and more. Her beautiful spirit made everything smooth and painless. See you next year!

I had a lot of concerns being it was my sons first time and the sensory issues he has. I’ve never seen him more comfortable and talkative with any doctor. We will absolutely be switching the whole family to this location. I couldn’t be happier! The whole staff was beyond friendly and very helpful as a whole!

Dr. Jesse is the only eye doctor who has ever explained to me why contacts bother me in so many ways, & gone through all the trials & errors to find a contact I can actually wear. She's still compassionate, & I won't go to anyone else.

I never leave reviews, but since they continue to text me asking for one I felt I should.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and their knowledge. Appt was quick, informative, and to the point. Dr. Jessen was great!

But the communication department will almost harass you until you make an appt. The weekly calls to schedule then when you do schedule the frequent texts starting a month before your appt to confirm are obnoxious. Some weeks I got multiple calls from them trying to schedule an appt for me. I even got a text when I left saying they went ahead and scheduled me an appt for next year, although I never made the appt. It’s almost like they are begging for appointments/customers.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful to us and explained how everything worked and how it would go. They explained the whole process to us and gave us good advise on how proceed when we were finished and ordering our glasses.

I had some issues with my glasses that I had only had for about 6 months as they were causing me headaches. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. They gave me an updated eye exam and talked about how and when I wear my glasses and then were able to help me solve my issue by ordering lenses that were a better fit for my lifestyle. I have been going here for years and they always had great customer service and I get my lenses quickly!

I was having issues with my eye. Called and was seen that day. Dr Jessen was amazing. Not only did she thoroughly explain everything that was going on, she took the time to find me affordable prescriptions. I will never see another eye doctor as long as she's in business. Absolutely wonderful.

Everyone there is super nice and thorough in what they do. Not a long wait or visit. Clean facility.

The staff and Dr. Are very caring. They make sure you are comfortable and they take great precautions for covid.

Kate and Kylie were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Kylie helped me when I changed my selection a couple of days later to make sure i received the best pricing. Dr Jessen was also very skilled and also easy to talk to. She made sure I understood everything and answered my questions. Their Covid safety measures were sound but not over the top.

Always an excellent overall experience! Professional and thorough eye exams. Large selection of eyeware. They'll work with you to get you the best price for you eyeglasses.

My exam went well with the doctor and staff being very nice and professional. What I did not like was that I had purposely made my appointment for doctor Jessen, whom I have seen for years. However when I reached the exam room I was confronted with a different doctor. If I had not wanted doctor Jesse then I would not have asked for her. I should have been notified and given a chance to reschedule before I reached the office. After all I had to verify in advance that I would make my appointment. Disappointed.

Friendly and patient staff! They were detailed in explaining benefits, coverages and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for stellar service! Happy customer that will continue doing business with them.

Dr. Jessen was great! This is the second appointment I've had with her. She is focused and listens to every concern or question you may have. Nor does she make you feel rushed.

I remember the first time I saw her, and the reason I will keep going back, she told me to hold her accountable. To let her know if after a few days I felt like my new rx wasn't perfect, she would buy my contacts back and get me in the correct rx. I have worn the same brand contacts for 20 years. Unlike other doctors, she didn't try to push me to try a new brand. She heard me when I told her I did not want to switch. I would definitely recommend her. Especially to anyone who has had bad experiences with other eye doctors in the past. 10/10

Diane Jesson and her staff do a great job. Dr zjesson really cares about me and my eye issues. Her staff has a lot of patience.

Dr. Jessen is the best. Always explains everything in detail. Office personal are friendly and quite helpful.
