Ophthalmologist Clarkson Eyecare reviews
16Once I finally got a much earlier appointment than I expected. They're kinda really booked up so make it a precedent to make the appointment. The staff were friendly and the doctor has skills. Bifocals it is for me now but I liked the professionalism and attention to details.
Staff was great! I was a new patient great eye doctor and services definitely recommended! And I love my new glasses
Exam on April 23. Doctor was great & staff was helpful & kind. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery if my eye glasses. Called after 3 weeks & left 2 messages & received no call back. Went to the location at 4 weeks & was told they were shipped & would be received in a few days. No call about them. Called a week later. No response to yet another message left.
Today, after 6 weeks & another office visit, I was informed the order for my glasses was never placed & they will FINALLY be made & shipped.
The office was very polite & expedited the order so it should only take another week. Unfortunately, I will now have to leave town with broken glasses, as I had already scheduled the trip. I thought 6, almost 7 weeks would be safe. Guess not.
Only Ok as this isn't a typical shipping delay. Some where the ball was dropped & now I'm the only was paying any cost. Hopefully I don't have any issues while gone.
Had an appointment on a Saturday but was told because I have disability insurance through Medicaid the doctor would not see me on a Saturday. Was told this was a specific Clarkson Eyecare policy and not my insurance. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Disappointing, the previous visit was great.
Staff is great! Really personable! Mel was fantastic in answering all my questions and Dr Anderson was very patient!
They were extremely nice and professional. Mel was very personable and left my daughter and I with positive vibes. Thanks again Mel!
The staff there were very nice and friendly. The only thing I did not like was they damaged my RayBan sunglasses while trying to adjust them.
Very nice and friendly staff the office was nice and clean they were following CDC guideline the DR explain everything to me so I understood and he answer my question.
Overall a great experience. A little more cost breakdown with sunglasses earlier would have been nice. Maybe before showing up.
The doctor was awesome I arrived early and was in the back by my appointment time I was given the time needed to pick out the best frames for me and the prices were reasonable overall great experience
I had a great experience. This was my first visit. Dr. Anderson and staff were very professional!
Great experience! Mel was very professional and friendly. In and out quickly. Dr. Anderson made sure to answer any questions I had. Great location.
The dr there has been there for years. I’ve been a costumer for 4 years. He is always great, they have a front desk woman named Courtney who is also great! Both are ALWAYS professional and friendly. However, I guess they have a couple new employees who were extremely RUDE and unprofessional. A light skinned woman with glasses idk her name but she needs to be dealt with. I was 12 mins late to an appt, which I understood I missed my window to be seen. (Even though I had called to inform them I was 2 mins away) I wasn’t too upset bc i was late. However when I asked if there was anything else they could do to see me that day, instead of just saying “no I’m sorry there isn’t” she tried to go back and forth and snap at me. Honestly bc of that I don’t plan on returning to this location and my family won’t be either. Whoever handles hiring at this location, fumbled the ball with the most recent new hires. They need to hire people who knows how to talk to the public and not rush customers when giving information or when picking frames. That’s common sense
This was my second time at Clarkson Eyecare, different location. The visit went very well. Professional, caring staff. The young lady who helped me choosing frames was extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this location in Overland, MO.
Treated professionally and quickly by the front office. The assistant took care of the preliminaries quickly and paid attention to the Covid protocols. The doctor took his time, explaining each step and what each test meant. The glasses selection was good and the associate took me through the options to get the best price and selection. She showed me that their sale was a better deal than my insurance. I definitely recommend them!
