Clarkson Eyecare, St. Louis MO

I have been to several eyeglass stores but I have found great Eyecare at Clarkson Eyecare on Olive. I have selected Dr Aaron Brewer and his team to help me age safely and maintain my best eye health. Yes other doctors “I am getting old” but that doesn’t mean I can’t be my best self during the process. I appreciate all of them so much and highly recommend them for any age.

The fact that I had to wait so long when only one other customer was in the store. When I finally said I would come back later someone came out immediately.

Was seen promptly when I arrived. Eye doctor explained everything thoroughly and was very courteous as well as professional

I really like my doctor, which is the reason I continue to visit this location. He is great. However, the office I visit needs to do better with hiring and training their employees. At my last annual check-up, there were three girls at the front desk, none of whom seemed too interested in assisting me. The one who took my information seemed confused and took quite a while to check me in. What was more of an issue though was when I went to pay my bill. My insurance covers everything except one eye test, which is $39.00. I was given a total due of $88.00. I questioned the additional amount. It included another eye test for $49.00 that is covered as part of the annual visit. I would advise being aware of what you are responsible for, or you may over-pay.

I always receive the absolute BEST care at Clarkson. From the Doctors and the opticians. I highly recommend if you are looking to get glasses or contacts.

We visited today.
Exam was good, but when we told staff that we don't need glasses as it was no change in the eyes, they got mad and act disrespectful. I didn't like our experience there, as I feel they respect and provide good service to whom spend so much money there.

Splendid experience with the staff here! Was nervous to call with my myriad of questions pertaining to contacts, and optician Brooke helped me exponentially and was patient with me the whole way through. I felt so seen. Thank you, Brooke, for caring for not only my eyes, but for me as an individuals with eyes.

Dr Sonia Salas very professional, helpful in explanation of procedures I didn't understand.

Tori was amazing, she helped me pick out my new glasses. She was so patient and helpful. Clarkson is lucky to have her!

Dr. Salas is very friendly and professional. However, one staff member was taking selfies and another was laying her head down on the table. Seemed unprofessional. Wait time was 25 minutes to see the doctor.

Thorough yet express, friendly service. Would've given 5 stars but the frame selection seemed limited.

Clarkson Eye Care Creve Coeur and Dr. Brewer plus Nikki are Excellent—Gabby was also wonderful! They all go above and beyond to help keep our eyes healthy —- and us seeing very well! Dr. Brewer is THE BEST DOCTOR! So Grateful!

Paid for new lenses in prescription sunglasses in April 2023 and now it’s the middle of May and still hasn’t gotten them back. Called 6 times, still not ready. I will not return to the creve coeur location.

I moved about 35 miles away from this outlet and I still come back here because of the people. They have all been there a while and are very personable.

I like this Clarkson Eyecare location, everyone greets you when you walk in… everyone treats you like a friendly face like they known you for years. Dr. Brewer did a excellent job, with my eye exam and my recommendations to see a eye specialist. I’m glad I chose Clarkson Eyecare.

Dr. Sonia was very thorough and patient with my questions. Everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely a pleasant experience.
