So I got an appointment within a day! I had not been to the eye doctor in way too long, nervous due to a change. I needed a new prescription and was easily given all the options given my financial needs. Big time bravo from check in to payment! This company is golden!

Such a nice and informed group of health care workers. I went in feeling like my sight was waning and left with much better vision and even more confidence! Dr. Langford is kind and brilliant and the staff are more than helpful! Thank you to everyone!

Quick and easy to make appointments. Little to no wait once arriving for appointment. Jasmine cleaned all equipment before using and explained all options. Dr. Wilkinson made the exam fast and painless, knowing that I hate eye exams. Insurance coverage for glasses was clearly explained and the selection of frames made it easy to find an option that worked for me. They usually tell me that the glasses will be available for pickup in about two weeks. However, in the past it is usually just a few days.

Ray was extremely warm and patient with my 8 year old today. Truly appreciate the lovely staff and convenient location!

Horrible! My routine eye exam was billed as a medical exam bc of my dx of diabetes without the staff even telling me this! Meaning my bill is now SIGNIFICANTLY more than a routine exam. If I had known this I would have financially prepared differently. When speaking to staff I was just told, “Well they would have told you this at checkout. ” I explained that they did not tell me this information with a response of, ”Well I can’t know what happened at checkout”. Yet didn’t you just tell me they would have had to tell me at checkout? This also means the exam would have been completed before informing me of the changes of incurring costs. I was then told, “Well most people with diabetes know these things. ” Really? This policy should be addressed! The patient should know BEFORE a procedure of increased costs. Would never recommend Clarkson eyecare.

The doctor and staff are professional. They know their jobs and they are attentive to the patient's concerns.

Caring, personal, and professional. Dr Wilkinson spent the time necessary to assure me that my cataracts were nothing to worry about at this time, but he will keep an eye on it (pun intended) for the future. I found the eyeglass selection to be phenomenal and fresh. The staff is highly trained and eminently helpful.

I have been going to Clarkson Eyecare (Clarkson Road location, normally, but also made a visit to their Chesterfield Airport Road location) for 22 years. Always saw my awesome Ophthalmologists, Drs. Robert Lamberg & Cinnamon Langford, for annual eye exam checkups. Checking-in, their Reception Staff is friendly, helpful & professional. And when time came to purchase glasses or update lenses in favorite frames, their Frame/Fitting/Lenses/Ordering Expert Eyeglass Technicians are the Best! Renee helped me with frames & lenses this week and quickly took the confusion out of my many choices. We had fun & alot of laughs getting my Frames & Lenses updated. Clarkson Eyecare is the place to go for vision needs!

Great customer service, great team! Katie runs the office like a fine tuned race car! Cinnamon is an awesome highly capable, eye care professional! The team simply gets it done!

Update: After Dr. Reynolds retired I was a little worried that I might have to go somewhere else, but Dr. Langford picked up where Dr. Reynolds left off and it's been great. Dr. Langford takes the time to explain what's going on and answer any questions I might have. I will continue to see Dr. Langford for as long as I can, and I would recommend this branch of Clarkson Eyecare to anyone who asks.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reynolds for years and won't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the technology is current or cutting edge.
