The staff was very professional, helpful and polite. Dr Berg was great explaining what was going on with my vision. Eye Tech did an excellent job explaining everything my insurance cover. Job well done!
Excellent service during the visit, professional and always friendly. Only issue is the confirmation call for appointments a month in advance. Please fix that:)
Staff was very helpful. Best optometrist I’ve ever had get me to 2020 in record time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctor that good in 30 years.
If I could give 0 stars that would be great. Rescheduled 3 times. Was told to come at 745 and appointment at 8. Doors locked at 745 and 755. Greeted by rude staff member who said “it’s not us it’s our call center” when I asked why do I need to come at 745 when you don’t unlock doors until 8am. 3 times my time was wasted. Never again. Not sure how this company is in business with all of the rude employees I’ve encountered coming in just to have my appointment cancelled for the silliest reasons. So thankful I will give my time and money to another business that is more professional than this dumpster can of a company.
