The whole experience of having my eyes examined was very professional and comprehensive. All involved were considerate, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Clarkson EyeCare office and especially Dr. Jeanine Dalton.

Alicia was AMAZING. Her customer service is top notch. I am so happy I chose this location. Dr. Schwamb is a dream and explains everything to you. My experience was AWESOME!

Dr. Schwamb is fantastic. He listened and work well with patient. Teresa is very attentive and Michael, the office manager is excellent.

My visit was at the end of the day and everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Schwamb spent a lot of time explaining a possible change to my contacts and my options.

Clarkson is always a great experience. Dr Schwamb does a thorough exam. He asked questions, but he also takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Finally, I like that there are no high-pressure sales tactics to get you to buy new glasses, if you prescription has changed very little.

Dr was great. Asked front desk for email copy of prescription they stated it would be done that day. Three days later still waiting

They were very informative about what they were doing and explained everything as they did them. They were patient and courteous and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out.

I have been using the Bogey Hills office and Dr Schwab for years. Between Matt and the office staff I have always been well served. Michael was the staff member who took care of me last. He even fixed my current pair of glass frames. Great job to all!

Do not go to Clarkson eye care. You will never see clearly again. Waste of money. They will insist that nothing is wrong with the glasses. Stay away from this place b

Had my yearly exam & this place is still tops. Got me in on time & a smooth process the whole way through. I really enjoy this location & the staff.

Dr. Schwann (spelling?) was terrific. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. He fitted me with a great pair of contacts. I'd go back to him for sure!

Last time coming to this location Dr dalton gives me the worst experiences picks and chooses who to give good customer service to and not informative at all seem like she just wanted to get me in and out wasn’t sincere abt ANY of my concerns. I would give her a -100 if I could

Great site! Although my original frame was damaged by them, they held themselves to a very high standard and got me an even better replacement. I'd recommend this place.
