This location in Fenton went above and beyond from the administrative to the examination. Dr. Amanda is terrific. Besides a through exam, we discussed new contacts at a reduced price + a rebate. Doctors don’t take the time usually to work on both the physical and the financial side of the house. We’ll done team.

Everyone was great. I’ll be back but had to take my prescription somewhere else due to your high cost. I have no insurance since retired

The Fenton Clarkson Eyecare is a wonderful place to go. The staff is very friendly and capable. I have been going to the Fenton location for several years. I highly recommend them.

The staff are pleasant, and Dr. Bissell is wonderful! She’s very warm and remembers details about previous appointments! It makes her very personable. Shannon is also very helpful! I have a hard time finding frames that work for my face. She took the time to help me try on several pairs and we eventually found a pair that fits my face!

Clarkson Eye Care at Gravios Bluffs were beyond amazing & kind to my adult son with Down Syndrome. His appointment was around 1 1/2 hours and they not only explained everything to me they also went over everything with him as well. In my past experiences special needs individuals sometimes get treated like they aren’t even in the room. I can definitely say that was the case for my son this time! I rate them with a 5 ️ for sure.

My bill was not done right with my current eye insurance. They charged me way to much for my glasses and contacts. No explanation was given to me and now I have to call them on Monday and try and work things out correctly. Very annoying.

Dr. Menzel has done my eye care for several years. He has an excellent personality and takes great care of my vision! I highly recommend him and the staff at Clarkson Eye Care in Fenton!

Very nice office, well organized, everyone was professional and pleasant, ON-TIME, and I felt cared for! Answered all my questions, helped me choose glasses, overall good experience.

When I went to check out I was charged for a scan of my eyes that they did not ask me if I wanted, nor did they tell me it was extra. My co pay with my insurance is $10 and when I got to the desk they said I owed $50. When I asked for clarification they said “you received a scan for better imaging “ I asked if it was necessary and she said no you just got one last time so we did another. I think it’s common sense to ask someone if they have any need for additional serviced before you do them and charge the person when it’s too late.

Clarkson Eyecare has been my provider for many years. They have the latest equipment for testing your eyes, which gives me peace of mind. The doctors listen and explain any problems that may arise in the future as I grow older. The staff works to make my visit pleasant and provides outstanding feedback on my bills.
