Clarkson Eyecare, Washington MO

Everyone was very welcoming. I felt like the doctor did a very thorough job examining my eyes. She was very good at giving any explanations I needed. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her to others.

The doctor at Washington, Mo Clarkson Eyecare is amazing. Their computer system and billing us a joke. They charged me after the visit and then they charged my insurance. My insurance says that I didn't owe anywhere close what they charged. I tried calling the billing department. Sat on hold for 30 minutes just for them to disconnect me. I also asked them to send my info to my doctor and they didn't do that either.

The optometrist was very good! She listened and was attentive to my needs and questions, as well as the history with my eye care. The rest of the staff were also very attentive and friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The optometrist was especially nice and the girls helped me pick out a pair of frames that were cute, stylish and I looked good in them. I recommend if you need to get your eye exam done go to Clarkson Eyecare. They very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my appointment with them.

I’m new to the area so I was pretty nervous on going somewhere completely new but they were amazing and so welcoming will be coming back

I made a 15 mile special trip for my appointment on Sept 15 only to find that it had been moved to Sept 27. Only problem was nobody told me. Also, I was not informed that there would be a $39 charge until after my exam for a test that I would have declined. This should have been disclosed in advance. Actual exam was efficient.

Dr. Strohmeyer is the best. But everyone i dealt with was wonderful. Jenna and alissa were super helpful.

Very impressed with the entire staff. I forgot my ID and insurance card. They were able to access my info by computer, and made me comfortable.

We went to a different location and the office personnel were so friendly and willing to help. Always smiling.

The service was great. They got me in and out quickly. The doctor was thorough and explained every step of each procedure. The staff was friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for all your eye care needs.

My 3 daughters and I recently went to Clarkson Eyecare in Washington, MO. This was by far the best experience we have ever had at an eye doctor. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Both doctors that we saw were very professional, thorough, and explained everything to us. I highly recommend them.

Jenna was amazing with my kids picking out all their stuff. Dr. Mathew was so great! Love that he was joking around with the kids!
