My family has been going to Dr Herbold since 1982. We followed him to Clarkson Eyecare and have felt welcomed but this time was different. Our favorite girl was not there. Kris had been with Dr Herbold as long as we had been going. I didn't recognize any of the girls working there. We loved walking in and have Kris greet us, always ready to help us and answer our question. I am very disappointed that Kris is no longer there but will continue to go back as long as Dr Herbold remains. I wish Kris could have trained her replacements because it has lost the warmth that was once there.

Clarkson employees at 2 locations were rude. Lemay ferry and union. I wouldnt ever buy again from them. Service is terrible! Btw: i purchased my glasses from lucas optical that. Clarkson bought out. Bad, bad, bad! Keep up with the quality of service that Lucas was!

Dr Herboldt is great, and the staff is great to deal with. Only problem is rices of product is a little high.

Thes staff and doctor are very friendly and helpful. The machines and showroom are very clean. The doctor is very patient when it comes to selecting which slide looks better. They were very helpful when I made the transition from glasses to contacts. They have great prices on contact solution too.

The staff was nice. Was having trouble picking out glasses and the employee was patient with me and helped me decide.

Never going back there again the staff were very rude and unprofessional they treat you as like they are giving you free glasses I order the glasses for my baby girl after 2 weeks of waiting they only ordered a frame and I asked why they said it was a misunderstanding my kids were going to School without her glasses and I can see she was struggling for 2 weeks just because the staff didn't care now I have to wait another 3 days until I get lenses now you tell me should i go back there again after this experience

This place is a rip-off. They have so many hidden fees and they make you sign a contract before the appointment that legally obligates you to pay all of the fees without telling you what the fees are.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. They are not willing to give me my prescription strength over the phone. I have to physically come into the store to accommodate them. I work very long hours and can't make it in to the store without taking a day off work. Not willing to accommodate me. I will never recommend the store to anyone.

Never going back to this place! I gave my information for my insurance they said they would take care of it. I have really good eye insurance. 4 months go by they send my to collections for 213$. I called the manager at this location left a voice mail to see what the issue was. She never calles back.
1 week later i called agin, i got hung up on. This place is ran unprofessional. Id fire this manager. If your the district manager please contact me,

The doctor was nice but the staff was rude.way overpriced, make sure you check your receipt because they will add every feature to your glasses and not ask you about it at all. I told them I only use my glasses in the office and they had added transition lenses.did not realize it until I got home and look at the receipt
