There are jewelry stores, then there's Clarkson Jewelers. I grew up in the Chesterfield area and for over 30 years, I always remember driving by the Rolex sign as a kid. There's a reason stores like this are still around, and that's customer service.

I can’t say enough nice things about the team at Clarkson Jewelers. I had the pleasure of working Josie and Lisa. They were amazing. My next watch will definitely be purchased here. Thanks again!

We came to Clarkson Jewelers for our granddaughter’s high school graduation gift. She had previously been in and selected three pieces of jewelry for her wish list.
So we were able to easily chose a gift we knew she would like. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful, kind, and professional.

This store would not resize my watch bracelet because it was a weekend. After informing them I had purchased the watch elsewhere, I was informed the store “only resizes bracelets M-F”. I ended up taking my bracelet to Vincent Jewelers who not only resized it, but did it free of charge (Clarkson was quoting me $25). Given I can’t depend on this store for something as simple as resizing a bracelet, I will not be trusting them with larger purchases.

Highly recommend, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. They have an excellent selection of timepieces, and I have been happy with every visit to, and purchase I have made at Clarkson’s.

I had a great experience at Clarkson Jewelers. I was in the market for a new watch, so I decided to pop by Clarkson to view their selection. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering to show me anything I wanted see, and offering plenty of suggestions for additional watches to consider. I worked with Elaine on my first visit, and she was fantastic. On my two subsequent visits, Jessica helped me out, and she too was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all their watches and watches in general. I eventually decided on a beautiful Monta watch (a St. Louis based brand) and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you are in the market for a watch, definitely check out Clarkson.

Took my Rolex in for reconditioning (worn everyday for 30 years) and the staff was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable! I was told a time frame and my watch came back much much sooner! I’m so happy with Rolex and Clarkson Jewelers I’m adding another watch to my collection.

I attended a Grand Seiko event held here. I had not been to the store before. Izadora was a wonderful brand ambassador for the event and helped me find the perfect gift for my wife. I was impressed with the quality of the offerings, the professional experience at the event itself, and the service. If you need a fine timepiece go see Izadora if you’re in the St. Louis area.

Jessica, Carin and Todd are simply the best! If you looking for any piece of jewelry they are a one stop shop. Countless times they have went above and beyond for myself and family. Also Clarksons can custom make pieces! The best service always friendly and welcoming and willing to make everyone feel special! Customer for life.

I was stopped at the door by someone looking like security or a football player. I had newly acquired jewelery needing to be appraised from Barry Hyatt jewlers but they would not appraise it if not purchased there. Lost a big sale.

My wife and I absolutely love working with Clarkson Jewelers, and particularly with Elaine. Their commitment to customer service is AAA+! Our last purchase included a Rolex watch for my wife and the resetting of her wedding set, doing business with them is just a given for us.

Stopped by on a whim to see if they would be able to replace the battery and remove a couple links from my Michele watch. It was about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. They were able to do both, and they did it right away! I was expecting to have to leave my watch due to the late hour so I was very pleasantly surprised! They were so friendly and accommodating!
