Very reliable company with good customer service. Prior to buying new heating/cooling system, I had personalized visit with very thorough explanations. Strong work overall!

Update: I have to edit this review based on my experiences since having new HVAC system installed in December 2020. I have had multiple unexpected issues (ie failed sequencers and wiring issues) occur that have resulted in out of pocket costs. While the workers are generally nice, I can no longer attest to the quality of the product and would not recommend to a family or friend.

Brandon arrived shortly after we called to report a problem and was impressively experienced in solving the problem of a failed furnace. He was very professional and methodical in his work.

Service tech was very nice and informative, advised me on what type of filters would work best for my system.

He was professional, friendly and thorough. Gave us some helpful suggestions. Very pleasant experience

Wouldn’t use anyone else but Faszold. They are quick to respond and quick to get a tech on-site. Tyler was amazing. Super nice and very knowledgeable.

Drew did a great job doing the furnace maintenance, and he explains well how things work. The team is also responsive and on time. I recommended the company to all my friends
