There printed catalog has the best lay out for ease of use to find what we're looking for. It features great photos and accurate descriptions. Their a website also follows the same logic once you click on the year and model of vehicle you are looking for. Moreover, they are one of the few vendors that offer parts for rare, clamshell, Suburban Carryalls from 1947-54.
I have called and spoken to representatives to identify the correct parts for our builds and have always received great support from their team.
They're pricing is great too, making it a no-brainer for us to use them as one of our 1st to "go to" vendors when we need parts for classic vehicles.

They will try to keep your returns and money. Even if never installed. Or taken out of the box. I even tried to call and cancel the order. That's how much I did not need the part.would use a different company.any other company.

And they never sent me the pictures they promised showing the "rub marks"

Bought the bed wood for my 1956 Chevy shortbed stepside. The truck was in the body shop when the wood arrived, so I went ahead and stained it thinking this is reputable company. My bad.
The wood they sent me does not line up at all with my bed sills.
I had my friend that has a 1957 Chevy shortbed stepside come over and double check to make sure I was installing everything correctly. He verified the wood kit is not correct for my truck.
I emailed them about this, and they told me they have been in business for 30+ years and sold over 5,000 of these and never once had a problem.then in later emails it was we have sold over 1,200 of these and never had a problem?
After reading other reviews on here it would seem this is not true.
Poor poor poor customer service. A company that makes the claims these people do would do the right thing for a customer.
This pile would rather argue with the customer than admit they made a mistake and do the right thing.
They have lost my business and I'll be sure to direct friends and family in the hot rod community Away from this sorry excuse of a company.
