Rachel evaluated my condition and while it was not scoliosis.she performed some stretching and reflex therapy in office. My knee swelling and stiffness was 80% relieved after this visit. I have been performing the stretching and strengthening exercises to help align my hips and feel much better.

I have been living with poor posture and mid-back pain for years. My back pain got so severe that my doctor ordered X-rays that showed significant scoliosis.
