Clay Scoliosis Clinic LLC reviews
7Rachel evaluated my condition and while it was not scoliosis.she performed some stretching and reflex therapy in office. My knee swelling and stiffness was 80% relieved after this visit. I have been performing the stretching and strengthening exercises to help align my hips and feel much better.
Racheal explained positions and techniques that helped me understand how to adjust for better body alignment.
I really like Dr. Clay. She’s helped me better understand some of the dynamics happening in my body and scoliosis specific exercises that other physical therapy I’ve done hasn’t ever addressed
Rachel. Is. Amazing! From the moment I first reached out to her, I felt heard. She takes her time, she focuses on each of her patients individually, she asks questions, she listens. She has completely changed my posture, something that I've spent the last 30 years taking for granted. She's introduced me to a whole new way to think about my spinal health, and I'm truly grateful to have her as my therapist <3
Rachel is amazing! She is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. The therapy she provides is individualized and tailored for you in your body, your particular concerns and your curvature. Rachel is wonderful with explaining and demonstrating what’s happening with our scoliosis – affected bodies, and how to improve our posture and pain. I highly recommend her!
I have been living with poor posture and mid-back pain for years. My back pain got so severe that my doctor ordered X-rays that showed significant scoliosis. The pain was interfering with my activities of daily living so I went to physical therapy. I saw another physical therapist that I trust very much who referred me to Rachel Clay at Clay Scoliosis Clinic in St Louis. I started to get some relief after my first visit! Rachel's explanation of how scoliosis occurs and why it often causes pain was easy to understand. The daily home therapy has immensely decreased my back pain so much that most days I am pain-free. Even if health insurance does not cover the cost of visits, the investment into improved posture and pain-free living is priceless.
