Exceptional services and amenities. The location is ideal and the apartments gorgeous. I loved that each apartment is a little different. The people who live there are friendly and welcoming. There is the perfect balance in the variety of people.

Beautiful building with parking garage. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are so helpful and friendly with whatever you need. The rooms are beautiful wether you do a short or long time stay. I found the rooms to be very clean and the housekeeping does a great job maintaining during your stay. The Cafe is one of my favorite touches as well as the amazing gym.

I lived there for 2 years. The staff was great. Gerald is an amazing asset to this place. Always a smile. Amy was the nicest person. Loved her…Brooke is also very nice and professional. Does a great job, Very helpful. Location is premium. The only complaint was the windows. It didn’t have great ventilation, but minor complaint. Other than that, I had a great experience there. Residents were super nice. Gym was fantastic. I moved out of state or I would still be there. Great place to live.

I have just completed my first year at Clayton on the Park, and it is nothing less than an exceptional place to live. I have lived in another luxury high rise, but that one did not compare to this one.
Every staff member from concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, leasing office, building manager, community director, etc.goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents. It is indeed very impressive!
It is a very clean, professional, and joyful environment. There is always something fun going on in the building in the way of events, food, drinks, and get togethers.
Needless to say, I am planning on staying. I take care of my mother, who lives with me and has Alzheimers Disease (moderate stage), and the environment is very safe and secure for her. That is such a bonus!
Thank you so much Clayton on the Park for such an amazing living experience!

Lived at CotP for 4+ years in a corner 2 bedroom apartment. The view from Shawn Park (and a glance at the ARCH from my dining room) would be enough of a selling point but this is not all. The gym is well equiped and convenient (it is just an elevator ride away), the rooftop has spetacular views of 4th of July fireworks and the Great Forest Park Balloon Race; it is always available for us to host a larger number of people that wouldn't fit into the apt.

Walkable and urban was the 1st reason I chose CotP; but the concierge service, community, pet friendly and overall safety in Clayton is why it was so hard to leave.

I recommend moving into CotP if this is your fisrt time in St Louis and you think you will miss a big city vibe - you wont!

After living at COTP for 2.5 years, it's my home. I have a great view from the 8th floor of Shaw Park. After divorce, I knew that I needed a place to be social. COTP is like living in a hotel with friends. We regularly meeting on the rooftop for sunset cocktails and meals. Management has always been responsive to my needs.

My son and I lived at COTP for 3 1/2 years and it was such a pleasure. An upscale, warm, personal and collegial environment with great amenities, location and staff. Hard to beat the proximity to Shaw Park and other great locations in Clayton. Great amenities include rooftop, parking, gym, excellent rec and study spaces and cool diner in building. Our apartment was lovely with a park view and just what we needed. No major problems with our apartment and for any little issues that arose the maintenance and management were super responsive and attentive. While we did undergo a few management changes during our time each team had strengths that made most issues manageable and I have to say that things are on a great trajectory now as far as we could see. I won't name names specifically (so I don't forget anyone) but there are so many special people who make the place work - we were alway so grateful for their keeping an eye on us, especially as it was me and my son with husband away a lot of the time. Finally the best part is that COTP has such a warm, eclectic and familial group of tenants that you also get to experience a really pleasant sense of being in a community which is not always the case with apartment living. Miss it already.

If I could give this building and all the wonderful, dedicated, people who keep this spectacular building running a 10 star review I would. I always thought this building was a modern Ritz. Everything about this place is nothing short of spectacular, Everyone here is wonderful. Life long friendships are made here with the residents and the people who work here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. My favorite part about the apartments in this building is floor to ceiling windows. You get the get all beautiful views of every season out of these windows. The amenities are top notch here. We proudly have too many amenities to count. From a huge 360 rooftop that over looks clayton with a relaxing foot pool, to a state of the art gym with lockers and shower and yoga room. We have a fantastic billiards area and theater and fresh coffee is always at the press of a button. We have so much more amenities these are just a few things this building has to offer. The apartments are great and the amenities are wonderful. What really makes it a privilege to live here is the incredible people that keep this building running ship shape. Everyone that works here works very hard and with a smile. People here love what they do. Any hiccups through out this building is taken care of promptly and made sure it doesn’t happen again. The management side is nothing short of amazing. Brooke, Amy and Gerald are superhero’s They are always on the ball with anything that needs to be done, Thank you guys. I have lived here for 2 amazing years and I just signed another 2 years lease I am so happy I am staying here. I am in great debt to all the wonderful people here that make this place my home.

It is a privilege to call this place my home.

My girlfriend and I have lived at COTP for two years now and have had a very positive experience. Apart from the clear advantages of living close to Shaw Park and having walking access to all that Downtown Clayton has to offer, Brooke, the Community Manager @ COTP, and the staff have been able to develop, maintain, and grow the sense of community at COTP in a truly impressive manner. Very frequently, there are events around the building where we have the opportunity to mingle as neighbors and develop friendships - my girlfriend and I love it!

Brooke, if you read this, thank you for all you do!

I’ve lived here at Clayton On The Park for almost 2 years now and have been very pleased with my choice. The management is courteous, kind, and pays prompt attention, and addresses in a timely manner, any concerns. The entire staff, from maintenance to front desk, make COTP feel like home. The neighbors are friendly and kind and there’s a warm community atmosphere, with fun events initiated by management and residents alike. Location is so convenient and I love being only 15 minutes from the airport!

Clayton on the Park is an amazing place to live! I'm a 3-year resident and love it. The Clayton on the Park management team treats you like family and always go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the concierge who always smiles and take the time to get to know you - to the management staff who always provide stellar residential customer service. Another thing that can't be beat are the vast number of state-of-the-art amenities, the spacious apartments, the stunning views and the breath taking 360 roof top. There is also such a since of community as the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Clayton on the Park is by far the best place to live in Saint Louis, you will love coming home each day.

I am a former resident of Clayton on the park (COTP). I'd like to share with you my awful experience living in this apartment. Before that, I want to emphasize that the monthly rent of this unit is $2200.

·Unresponsible actions: The maintenance team does not always perform their responsibility. Once when I was cooking, the stove suddenly broke by itself, and a long crack appeared on its surface. I requested maintenance twice to fix it. The first time the maintenance staff came and inspected the stove for a few seconds, and told me that he would try to find a solution. After no such solution was provided for 2 weeks, I was worried and sent a maintenance request again. This time another maintenance staff told me it's ok to continue using and left me struggling to use this dangerous, broken stove for more than one month until I moved out. However, after I moved out, the leasing office immediately replaced the stove and charged me $870 with a rude attitude. It's even more acceptable even if they replaced it right after the incident happened and asked me to pay $870. Because at least I could have a good stove to use.

·Maintenance issue: There are many more issues that the maintenance team can't resolve. For example, my bathroom had a severe floor seepage issue, which they took one month trying to fix it. But obviously, they didn't make it, and I had to continuously suffer bathroom chaos, with many puddles on the floor. The curtain problem can't be fixed either, you can't roll up the curtain entirely since you will not be able to pull it down again. The maintenance said 'it's an old issue, with no attempt to help me solve it. Besides, the closet door was already broken when I moved in.

·Air conditioner: The air conditioner is making huge noises all the time. It makes residents hard to fall asleep at night.

·Concierge service: The service quality of the front desk sucks. I have to say there were some great concierges' staffs before. But they left this property one by one, and you will see the newcomers often, which caused the service to become really bad. More specifically, they even don't know how to use the printers or shut down the rooftop sound.

·Delivery problem: The package locker doesn't work correctly. You cannot send any package using the locker if you want to return items. The only choice is to give your outgoing package to the front desk and let them send it for you. Unfortunately, as I mentioned above, they are untrained, and as a result, they lost two packages of mine. The total value of these two is over $400 since one of them is a robot vacuum.

·View: Half of the units face an unoccupied building and a parking lot. At the same price, you can easily find other apartments with better views in Clayton.

Overall, Clayton is absolutely a beautiful and safe place to live in. There are many other luxury apartments you can choose from other than COTP. I have persuaded two of my friends not to rent COTP but other apartments in Clayton. I sincerely hope you guys can make a wise decision as well.

We lived at Clayton on the Park for 8 years and moved to multiple units inside the building. The staff do an excellent job of quickly responding to maintenance requests. The management team has always been good but has gotten even better over time; Brooke McGee leads the best team yet. Additionally, the location is fantastic with immediate walking access to Shaw Park and the restaurants of Clayton. The 24-hour, 3rd-floor gym is also well-equipped and well-maintained. Even after we gave notice that we had to move from St. Louis, they were very helpful and mailed us our deposit immediately. Highly Recommend
