Clement Auto Group, St Charles MO

I previously left a positive review for Clement but since then my satisfaction with this company has changed. When I purchased my vehicle they knew there was an issue with the driver assist system that they stated they had the part ordered and would call me when it came in for them to install it free of charge. Also, they would fix the scratches on the vehicle at the same time and the popping in the front end. We have called multiple times trying to get in touch with someone to set up an appointment to get these things done and always get told “we will have someone call you back” but no one ever does! Don’t tell customers you’ll fix something to turn around and not return calls!

Just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from Clement Auto Group today. Elijah was amazing throughout the whole process, a true joy to work with!

This place sold me a vehicle with no emissions or safety. When i took it to get done the car failed. I’ve had the car since October 2022 and can’t plate it because they sold me a car with a broken y pipe that needs a new transmission. When they checked the car the first week after I purchased it they claimed they didn’t find anything wrong even though I went in to the service center with two pages of issues. Considering I don’t drive the car because I work from home I shouldn’t have had to replace brakes or have had the oil changed a month after I purchased it. I’ve expressed these concerns to more than one person at Clement and also my finance company who have even filed complaints on my behalf. It’s been 6 months and I don’t want this car since I can’t even plate it.

Bought from cement today the sales person Elijah Matthews was amazing not pushy just there to help. Big shout out to Ryan as well just all together a great crew!

Please clear your website of the click-bait autos under $10k that do not exist in your inventory. I selected St. Charles as my location, found a car, and clicked to schedule a test drive. I provided my information through the website and was promptly provided with confirmation for a test drive for the Florissant location. I received a confirmation Email, a confirmation text with the name of the salesman to meet with, and a confirmation phone call. When I got to the Florissant location and met with the salesman, he was not aware of the appointment, and initially could not find my appointment in the system. I showed him the confirmation text. The salesman then was able to find the appointment and handed me off to another salesman. But they did not have the information on the vehicle I had scheduled for the test drive. The second salesman then found the vehicle on the website that I selected for the test drive. Problem is the the vehicle is not in inventory at any location. Clement wasted over an hour of my time driving to the dealership to test drive a vehicle that either never existed, or was sold a long time ago. I just took a look back at the website and noticed the vehicle is still listed as for sale and has 1,269 'interested buyers'. Very unprofessional.

I would put no stars if I could. I've had my car from them for two months and it's already broke down and they're doing nothing about it. This is terrible. I worked hard to be able to buy this car and now I'm stuck paying for it but can't drive it. Two months.

I went here to purchase a car. I found the car I wanted. I came to the dealer with a pre-approval from capital one. What I don’t understand is why they ran my credit with several different creditors. I wasn’t looking for anything other than finishing my purchase with the company of my choosing. They never told me that they would check all these companies. So it came as a shock when I started getting letters about my request for an auto loan. The salesman need to take more time in listening to the customers. I understand you have to hustle but there is a better way.
