I came in looking for a 2018 RAM 1500 Limited, and Tim Newton was on top of it. He answered all my questions with absolute honesty. Definitely recommend you come see him. Just don't try to contact him after the sale, he'll ghost you.

*update; don't buy a vehicle from Clement without first taking it to an independent auto mechanic. While I've been waiting for the service department to diagnose my grinding issue, there are three other people who've purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they are also having maintenance issues right off the lot.

**Update to the update; I traded in my vehicle on 11/3 and was told to stop any future payments by Brittany and that they would use the payoff amount quoted from the bank to payoff my vehicle with any over payments to be reimbursed by the bank. On 11/9, when my normally scheduled payment was due, I received a notification stating my payment was due so I made a payment. On 11/27, Clement finally paid off my vehicle but not the original amount in my sales contract. Instead, they requested a new payoff amount and only paid that, leaving me out the payment I made for a truck that I sold to them on 11/3. To make matters worse, on 11/18, I addressed my concern with Brittany and Mark about the payoff amount and was reassured they would make the payoff amount in my sales contract and that the bank would refund the over payment. Now, the sales manager Mark is stating that Clement will reimburse me for the payment on 11/9. But what if I never called them out? Would they have done the right thing on their own or were they hoping I wouldn't notice the difference and they would have pocketed the difference? One can only imagine how many others this has happened to.

Alright now! This is the 5th car I’ve bought from Pepper and now this 2017 Nissan Murano is part of our family. Thank you Pepper so much. You are truly the best
