What an excellent experience working with Erin to find and lease a small office suite! She was super helpful in answering all of my questions, working out lease terms and every detail along the way.

UPDATED REVIEW, Nov. 2023: I lived at the Coleman in South Hyde Park for 4.5 years. Unfortunately, the quality of property management has plummeted in my time with Clemons. Some time last year a new manager took over, and they do not return any communications in less than 24 hours, and often take over multiple business days to do so. Last year my washing machine stopped working and it took multiple maintenance requests and an entire month before they even sent someone to look at it, and another couple of weeks before it was replaced. Last month I put in a work order about **insects** outside and inside the building-never even received a response; ticket is still open. Now I am trying to arrange my final move out and turnover, and the property manager won't even send me the information I need to complete my business with them in 3 business days, told me they will send it "later this week, " and informed me they will not even be working those days. Used to be a great, responsive place to rent from, especially given the larger PM alternatives in Midtown, but now they ignore residents and don't even provide them with what they need to conclude business with their company. Renter beware.

Clemons real estate has been a great real estate company for my first renting experience. Maintenance has been quick and efficient every time I’ve needed them.

I am writing this review to share my negative experience with the Clemons' management team that has been in charge of my building for the past year and a half. Their lack of responsiveness to their residents is concerning.

This company decided to change our management mid-year, without any prior notice or explanation. This transition occurred after I had already paid my rent for the following month, assuming that it would be seamlessly transferred to the new company. Unfortunately, my assumption was completely wrong.

Upon realizing the issue, I made numerous attempts to reach out to multiple team members through phone calls and emails. Not a single one was answered. Frustratedly, I went to their office in person, only to find it completely empty and their phone lines off the hook, leaving their renters without any means of communication.

This experience has left me with a complete lack of trust in this management company. As a renter, it is crucial to have a reliable and responsive management team to address any issues that may arise. Unfortunately, this company has proven to be utterly unprofessional and impossible to reach when needed.

I advise anyone considering renting from this company to be aware of the lack of communication and disregard for their responsibilities.

We were in search of a new office in Kansas City without being familiar with the area. Selena walked us through multiple options to identify our needs, preferences, style, etc, to narrow the options and identify suitable locations. She made the process so much easier! Then she worked with us diligently to make sure communication with the landlord was effective and responded to all our questions and suggestions. I highly recommend Clemons Real Estate, and specially Selena). Thank you guys!

Horrible horrible horrible place to live the management is trash and she needs her arm broken again the place has standing mold in the showers when i told them that the shower was broken they dont give a care in the world then want to have the audacity to try and say its a nice place to live no it not the manager is never there unless she has beef wit someone the tenant is in love with cause she is so miserable in her own life she has nobody and she wants none of the tenants to have anyone either she is a very miserable human i wouldnt recommend staying here unless u want your elder to die here they arent doing there jobs and they never have DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!

We truly enjoyed the attention and effort provided by Nathan Roberts in leasing our office suites. Even in a tough market, it didn't take Nathan long to locate ideal tenants. He is very professional and very good at what he does.

Crystal was prompt, and helped by listening to what we liked about each place we visited. In the end, she helped find a truly wonderful deal and more than we might have first guessed we could find.

Maintence is great for Studios on Broadway. Wendel goes above and beyond to respond to the work orders in a timely matter and gets the job done immediately. Very reliable.

I wish I could leave a positive review, however Clemons property management has been extremely disappointing in my experience. Our dishwasher has been having issues since May of 2022, and 11 months later has still not been fixed or replaced. We have also had wifi, gate, key fob, and garbage disposal issues that took months to address. Our landlord changed and we received no communication. Management uses units in our complex as AirB&Bs without any communication. Multiple residents have had things stolen at the property. Our security system is broken and obvious signs have been posted on the doors advertising "Security system is not working- please do not remove tape". There are no security cameras. I understand that maintenance issues happen, however the lack of proactive communication is very frustrating. Anytime I have reached out about concerns I am told things will be fixed the next day and they never are. Management refuses to compensate rent when there are issues. Beware- renting from Clemons means a lot of frustration and being stuck leaving voicemails with no result.

Awful place Broadway Studios to live. Rodent infestation in ceiling above bedroom. They wake me up. It is terrible.

Mold, water damage, ceiling in public are is really bad.

Management has changed 4 times and nothing gets done. Maintenance is terrible. Nothing works properly. Appliances, faucets, drains, you name it.

Really sketchy people hanging around in hallways, attempted breakins, trash left about.

It has been nothing short of a living nightmare.

I love Clemons Realty! Which is not something I normally say about companies I pay rent to. Tracy has been a fantastic landlady/ property manager. The maintenance team is on point and always readily available. They will also get a specialist the next day if they can't figure it out. I was planning on staying in the area for a year. I am now going on 5 years same place same company! Best part is my rent hasn't changed but a tiny bit, they tell you when your lease is up, don't play hidden fee games, and the properties are generally very nice and cared for. I highly suggest looking into Clemons for your next home. Love you guys.

Our car was towed while visiting a friend at her apartment complex (Midtown Plaza). She was never told we had visitors had to pay for parking or park in a designated spot until after our car was towed. We have reached out to every branch of management here with no response or accountability.

Maintenance is amazing. Drove around to multiple places to get a part to fix my shower, always here when he says he will be, and very nice. 10/10
