Jason was amazing. He wasn’t rushed even though it was late Friday afternoon. He explained to me a lot of things, which was helpful to me.

Victor was amazing, he even did some work that wasn't on the work order in which I appreciate it, when I need a service call or work to be done I will always ask for Victor

Been using Climate Control for over a decade for my ground source heat pump. Always courteous and professional.

I used climate control to clean my ductwork. They also take care of my furnace and have now for several years but the duct cleaning was something new they offered.

I also am having them install a UV light with an ionizer to kill the bacteria and any mold that might be in my ductwork from the condensation, etc.

I was very impressed with the job. The two men, Sean and Caleb they sent to my house, took their time they did an excellent job. They went out of their way to remove my wood grills on my wood floor, which had been stuck due to the Varnish that had been applied to the floor. They also helped me move my large California king bed. It’s a canopy bed, and very heavy to get to one of the grills. This allowed me to clean where the bed has been, which, of course had accumulated a lot of dust.

I found them to be both knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their equipment appeared to be in good condition, and they cleaned up after themselves when finished. They took photographs of the inside of the ductwork before, and after so I could see the performance and verify that the work was done correctly.

I would recommend them to anyone who is considering duct cleaning.

Kyle did an amazing job diagnosing our AC issue and promptly offering us solutions. He was friendly, helpful, and quick. Kyle even offered to carry out our mattress and box spring as we had a new one delivered the day before, he went above and beyond.

Our heater stopped working and we called in a Sunday. Someone was able to come to us within two hours. They fixed the problem quickly and were very professional and friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We purchased this HVAC system 22 months ago. The system continues to operate smoothly. The maintenance ensures the system is maintained at that level. Very thorough and detailed. Mark as the service technician was excellent for this maintenance and we appreciate the service provided. Looked at full system and not just the filter, including water heater.

We've used Climate Control for a number of years and have always found the technicians to be competent, timely, and very responsive to our needs. We have annual maintenance inspections on our furnace and A/C, and this year our tech, Brently, showed us where the furnace was damaged and potentially dangerous. Since it was old, we decided to purchase a new one, and also inquired about replacing our equally old water heater. Installation of both appliances was completed on our preferred schedule and we are very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the installation technicians. Definitely will continue with Climate Control and highly recommend them!
