Very helpful very nice it made the visit more comfortable great bunch of people

Went into the office at 8: 15, was told they did not arrive until 8: 30, understandable. I waited patiently until one of the office ladies arrived to then be told she didn’t have her computer up and running but I could come in and wait, also completely understandable. What I don’t appreciate is that i was treated as a burden/annoyance for arriving as soon as they opened, then be misinformed on the status of a piece of property that was not even associated with me, rather my parents. To be treated like this right when they walked in the door for the day leads me to assume they are unable to properly perform their jobs throughout the remainder of the workday as well as misinforming other people in this county. Poor customer service - was treated as if she was saying whatever she needed to get me out of her office since she had just walked in on a Monday morning. Definitely do not recommend treating the people who have to come in to see you face to face this way. As well as feel bad for any others who have to go in for any of their needs to be treated the way that I was today. Very disappointed to find out this is an ELECTED POSITION and the disrespect I encountered today has made me more aware as a voter/long time citizen in this area.

Cindy and her staff are great people, and they always go out of their way to help you.

Slow and not updating the assessment on my home that they made numerous mistakes. The webpage is not updated thus insurance can not adjusted as ins co uses webpage to determine rates.

I didn't go to the actual courthouse but they did answer an email. I really appreciate that they could take the time.
