Very clean and a nice place to stay. Wendy at the front desk is very helpful and always has fresh made cookies for you.

Our stay was great! The hospitality of the employee that was in shift when we arrived was the best I’ve ever experienced. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You can really tell the employees care about what they do here. 10/10 recommend

I only stayed one night, but the room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good and ready 10 minutes early!

Stayed here with my grandmother. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds! Staff was very nice and breakfast has a lot of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming through the area.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago. Wanted to return but got booked on the wrong day and now they won't let me change the date after billing my card for a date they know I can't make. Unbelievable. Apparently they don't want repeat customers. Drive on to Chillicothe people. Alot better options. Shame on you cobblestone Inn you have lost me Forever

Check in was a breeze, the free cookies were a plus. The room looked great and was very clean. All the staff members were polite and front desk helped with all my questions!

I stayed here this past summer for a wedding. This place was wonderful! The place was very clean and modern style. The staff were so kind and helpful. A lot of the wedding guests were there and they worked so hard to make sure it was an amazing event. It is a great place to stay

Fantastic experience! Stayed here for a couple days for a friend's wedding. Great service, friendly house keepers, beautiful facility. Rooms were CLEAN. And I have no Complaints!

Great place to stay, well kept, friendly staff, breakfast was amazing! I stuffed my face and still could have eaten more, it was so good. Place was clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again if I'm out this direction!

This is a good place to stay in Trenton, it is a very clean place. Rating a 3 because I think the breakfast could use some work other than rehydrated eggs and frozen sausage. The waffles were the one thing that were good at breakfast. The shower in the room had terrible water pressure and it felt like it took forever to get clean. The price is amazing, especially for the high quality you get at your stay. The staff was absolutely lovely, helpful and kind. The atmosphere was welcoming and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Recommend to anyone visiting the area! There is even a fitness center with great equipment.

I used the Cobblestone inn to book rooms for relatives visiting for my mom's memorial service. I had multiple conversations with the staff and they were - without exception - extraordinary. Quick to respond and very accommodating. I will always use them for my travel needs.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Good breakfast choices. A very good restaurant near the premises for lunch and dinner needs.

Was overcharged. Had to call several times and leave several messages to never get a call back. Finally got ahold of Jen the “manager”. Jen has terrible customer service skills and more excuses than a child that’s been caught doing something wrong.
After I did ALL the legwork for her she couldn’t deny I was overcharged BUT still had her some excuses to give. “It was the new guy” Well Jen I’m going to take some wild guesses here. You have a lot of turnover and you’re never available to your team. Because that’s what bad leaders do.

Booked a room with Priceline When we arrived Kami said they could not accommodate a wheelchair.
First they said there was nothing they could do. No manager on duty. I asked for the girl to call the manager. The manager Jennifer was at her second job. She called offered a room next to the laundry they normally don’t rent because of the loud noise

I said we would leave and not to run my credit card.
They waited 3 days and ran my credit card
I’ve made numerous phone calls to price line where I booked. They emailed Cobblestone and she called back and said they offered an upgrade so they would not refund my credit
We didn’t stay. They were rude and didn’t seem to care

Came into town very last minute by plane, had no way of getting to a place to stay for the night. After calling the hotel & finding out the town was so small they had no ride service, we felt defeated we would be sleeping in the plane. Gals at the front desk called back & offered to give us, 2 complete strangers, a ride. Above and beyond. Not to mention, the CLEANEST hotel room I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in numerous hotels all over the country. Hospitality to the next level. Thank you so much!
