They are the best eye doctors that I have ever been too. My parents when seeing Dr. Cohen and I decided to switch to this practice since I was taking my parents for their visit. The best decision I ever made.

Thoroughness is the key to my rating. You don't feel like you're in some mass processing system. The techs are thoroughly trained, ask questions, check all the points and make you feel they are looking out for your well being. The doctors are professional, use the the latest technology, take their time, make you feel you are getting the best care.

This was my second time visiting with Dr. Noonan. Everyone was exceptionally nice, things move swiftly, and there was a lovely, plain-spoken explanation of my tests, results, and recommendations. I wish all medical experiences were like this one.

Dr. Cohen's practice has followed my sight needs for 15 years.
Finally it is time for surgery for cataracts. I'm confident that I am in best of all worlds for this service.

The reception nurses at the front desk who greeted the patients as we walked in were awesome! They made me feel like more than a patient. I felt as though they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. First impressions are something that lasts. I didn't have to wait long to be called to see the nurse who was very pleasant and personable who answered my questions with efficiency and so that I could understand the answers to my questions. Doctor Buscher, as always, was very courteous. She took time with me as she always does to make me feel comfortable throughout our visit. She meets all of my expectations. When I leave her office I feel like I've been to see a Specialist! She's there to help. She doesn't give up! Customer Satisfaction!

Staff is always friendly and courteous. This visit was no exception. The staff gets you in, does their thing and all the while chatting with you and sharing a laugh. I was in, out and back at work in no time. Procedure done 20 years ago by Dr. Cohen and am still 20/20 today! Perfect!

I had a great experience at Cohen Eye Associates. I was a little turned off by the general out-datedness of the office, but the staff is what won me over. Sarah (I think) was super helpful and informative when I asked lots of questions after not having an eye appointment for 5 years. Dr. Noonan was incredibly kind and patient. I will absolutely go back to this office next year to be her patient. At the end of my appointment I had to joy of hanging out with Peggy. She helped me pick out new glasses and fully explained my insurance coverage and how to best use it! Looking forward to my next appointment.

The tech was not only very skilled, but she was also very nice and had an excellent "bed side" manner. As always, Dr Noonan was great too. I feel very comfortable and confident with all their skills and knowledge as well as their ablility to explain it to me. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Excellent care and service in every respect. Highly professional staff. Dr. Cohen is great.

Dr Noonan is awesome! I’ve been her patient for more than 20 years and she’s the same today as she was when I first started seeing her! She’s so warm, patient, personal, knowledgeable, and extremely professional! I just love her! I wish we had more doctors like her these days. Sometimes, there’s a long wait to be seen, and I have been very irritated in the past, but when you get in her chair you tend to forget you had to wait. Or, you remember why. She just takes her time with everyone and you don’t feel rushed at all.

Dr. Buchser and her staff are thorough and personable. My vision is much improved since I started receiving care here about a year ago. Dr. Buchser looks at my overall eye health, not only my vision. I'm very impressed with her care. My cousin and my friend both receive care from this office. Now my husband and I go here, as well. You won't find higher quality care anywhere.

Employees are personable and ready to answer questions. Techs are confident, knowledgeable and highly trained.

The experience i have had with the technicians and the doctor are excellent. It does seem that a scheduled hour appointment always turns into a two or two and a half hour appointment.

I’ve been going here for years but the wait times have grown so long that it’s a pretty miserable experience. I keep hoping before I get to my appointment that this year will be more efficient than last year, but it’s only getting worse. Plan to wait 45 - 60 minutes or more in the waiting room before going back and then if your eyes need dilating, plan to wait at least another hour in the back waiting area. After waiting in Kingshighway traffic and spending 20 minutes to park and walk the long trek to the office, it takes up your whole afternoon. They have a sign on the desk that says “the whole world is short staffed. Be kind to those that showed up. ” I have been to many other providers that don’t have these wait times and so that sign feels a little dramatic. That being said, Dr. Noonan is wonderful. I just wish the facility were easier to get to and the appointments spaced appropriately to avoid the wait times.
