We’ve been twice with our Goddaughter because it is her absolute favorite! Great service and delicious ice cream. She loved her Marshmallow Shake. I had their Brown Butter ice cream special and it was very good. Obviously, we will be back!

Best coffee and chocolate ice cream in town. REAL ice cream not that frozen custard stuff.

Walked in there 1 hour before they closed, they all had a little attitude, good ice cream, bad employees, guess they can't handle 2 customers.

It was a hot summer night. We came over for some ice cream treat. There was a long line. The service was slow. We waited for 30 minutes before getting our ice cream. The menu was a little confuse. You can have a choice of small, medium and large with $4.75, $5.75 and $6.50. You can have one flavor with one free mix-in. There will be additional 50 cents for additional mix-in. There will be additional charge from $. 5 to $2.25 for different bowl or cone. It will add up quite a bit if you choose a lot of mix-in and different bowl or cone. They did mix my ice cream in front of us. The ice cream was tasty but a little bit pricy.

This location Cold stone has my heart, one time they got my order wrong and when I told them, they didn’t hesitate and remade it with in one minute even though there is huge line. Customer satisfaction level is extraordinary and I wouldn’t go to any other place than this. Kevin, Aidan and all others workers are exceptional

I've had one too many bad experiences through their delivery service online. This is the second time they didn't get my order right. The first time I didn't say anything but it's hard to understand how anyone can't follow simple instructions. I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got cookie dough. There was little to no brownies in it at all. I basically paid for vanilla ice cream that I could have gotten from the grocery store for a lot cheaper. I won't be ordering from here again.

I came in to pick up an online order to find out there was one girl working the counter with six people waiting to place orders while three other employees I could see clearly in the back were just hanging out on their phones.

Really liked the candy shop and the apples.also the adding of silk ice cream and sugar free.but I went with my favorite of coffee ice cream with brownie.

Amazing service as usual. I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday and curbside pickup was easy peasy!

Long line on a nice weather night, but the store was adequately staffed and the line moved fairly quickly. All of the workers were friendly in spite of being obviously busy.

This is my favorite cold stone in STL. I drove from Alton, IL because I know I’ll receive excellent portions and excellent service in a clean store. Phone customer service is phenomenal as well. Only thing is, sticky floors in the restroom. Otherwise, my favorite location.

There shakes are beyond delicious. I Ordered ahead online & it was a super fast experience. Clean bright store with friendly staff. Highly recommend!
