An excellent place to enjoy the flavor of student oppression. They use the finest milk in Gilead for their mashed potatoes.

We try and go there everything we go to Branson. The food is all prepared by students and is so good. It’s a beautiful place to spend a few hours walking around and seeing what all the students do. They have a really nice Veterns Memorial also.

A delightful Ozark experience. The students do a phenomenal job with every aspect of the experience and the food is a real treat! You won’t go home hungry! Highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

There isn't enough room to write up what a great experience it is to eat here. The food divine, the young wait staff so kind, and served in high style.

Highly recommend the salads, but this is such an interesting place.

The students get free degrees for working in the various businesses here. They raise cattle, grow crops, and make the ice cream.

Christian based, strong community values, well funded.

Classy Gift shop with products the students make, ice creams, jams/jellies.then the historical aspects.

Highly recommend for your visit.will be very memorable with interesting things to do after your meal.

Unique, delicious, off the beaten Branson path, GORGEOUS lodge surroundings.

Strongly recommended for groups looking for something special and memorable.

Ehh. The quality of the meals is dependent on the cooking staff. The rice will never be properly cooked, and the students are rarely more excited than they are for chik-fil-a night every other friday. That said, the occasional special night (one year was a cheese night, another was a backyard barbecue theme) make a wonderful change, and show a passion that typically seems absent from the caf's normal fare.

They need a bigger Gluten Free Menu for the students. There are many that have allergies to gluten. The student supervisors have an authoritative complex and do not know how to speak to the other workers or the other students kindly let alone how to treat and, instruct kindly.

They amazed us; party of 4. Sometimes chicken can be overcooked. But these fried and baked were to perfection! Crispy but also tender breast meat. The bake chicken was delicious and just right. Good color and didn't fall off the bone. Flavorful like it's look. Amazing meatloaf. Great fresh salads and fruits. Many choices of desserts and cannot skimp creamy icecream and sorbets.

Seafood lovers night was the best, there should be more of those or at least frozen shrimp on the salad line:)
