12This is the only property management company I’ve ever dealt with that has been honest and trustworthy. The owner seems like a real stand up guy as well.
Terrible place. Cars broken into a lot and neighborhoods gotten very sketchy over at Lester and Macs Court. Do not recommend at all.in response to the owner And yes by more than 4 complaints have been made. New owner needs cameras and security patrols as it's not a comfortable feeling to exit or enter a vehicle.
I've never had a landlord who was so serious about getting home maintenance and repair done quickly when needed. The Collins are good people and they're good people to rent from. I would recommend them to a family member.
Inexperience and disinterest clearly evident from day one, when the wrong address was on the lease. Difficult to get a hold of. Even more difficult to get clear answers to questions. Maintenance folk were always kind, quick, and effective.
I’ve lived here for 3 months now. I haven’t had any problems. The management was super friendly when I met them and the one maintenance request I had was taken care of the same day! The portal online is super easy to use for tenants to pay rent. Internet was already set up, just needed a router to plug in. I haven’t had any issues with noises or obnoxious dogs etc. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
The only issue we had is the fact that they didn’t give us any of our deposit back. They charged us $150 for a cleaning fee when our apartment was spotless when we left (see attached photos). Then they charged us $109 for a new garbage disposal when we had issue with the garbage disposal when we first moved in. We notified them about it and they came out to “fix it” but it wasn’t actually fixed. Other than that, no issues except for extremely loud neighbors from the apartment below us. Intentional stomping, banging, SUPER LOUD TV, kids skateboarding, etc.at all hours of the night. Notified management but nothing was done.
I rented from this company and they were great. Awesome office staff, fast and knowledgeable maintenance, clean and all around quiet at their Clifton Heights location. Great experience. Would recommend.
A minor step up from the slumlord standards in springfield, dehumanizing experience. Some of the worst excuses for human beings work here.
Allen is embarrassingly unprofessional. Never had an issue until this company took over in December. I am ashamed to have rented from such a disgusting company.
The staff is down-to-earth, yet very professional and friendly! Sure, I rented from them because of the beautiful property, but having a landlord who is friendly yet professional is rare these days! Great company!
Collins just recently took over my property (officially in 1 week), and have already been more responsive and professional than the last management company here. Making my rent payment was easy, although through a third party app, and they have someone answering the phone when you call during business hours. So far so good!
The absolute best property managers you could ever have! Quick to send maintenance out, responds quickly to any problems, very kind hearted and caring, have never had any issues what so ever with them! I highly recommend them!
