The entire process was smooth, from the estimate to the repairs. I was informed during the entire process & they also kept my rental car dealership updated as well.

The “Estimator” took his time & thoroughly inspected my vehicle for damage.

Marissa & Aubrey at the front desk were incredibly friendly & professional.

When my vehicle was ready, I picked it up & noticed they had also lightly detailed it, so that was an added bonus I didn’t expect.

Great experience, would recommend. We drove 50 miles one way to use this USAA approved collision center

I had high hopes to get my 2020 VW GTI repaired here. They had me scheduled for an appointment for the last two months but, the day prior to my scheduled appointment they called me and informed me there would be a minimum one- two week delay on even beginning repairs on my car due to a high volume of tow-ins (non appointments). They also stated that if they were to continue getting tow-ins that it would delay my repairs even more. I'm no genius but, last I checked having a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT means you have a reserved slot and are given priority over tow-ins, which to my gathering are the equivalent of a walk in appointment/ totaled vehicles from an accident without an appointment that were dropped on the lot. So this begs the question, what is the point of scheduling customers for an appointment if they are going to be kicked to the back of the line anyway? When I asked how that made any logical sense I was repeatedly told " We apologize for the frustration" but was never given any real justification. I have an insurance claim with an approved estimate through my insurance that I provided upon initially scheduling my appointment. The repairs were estimated to take 3-5 days. I've heard they do pleasing work but, I was very disappointed with the result of the situation to say the least.

I hear/see the advertising (hype), and they live up to it. The "crown" is well deserved. My GMC Sierra looks as good as new, and the work was completed sooner than expected. Excellent communication throughout the process.

The entire staff was amazing to work with and would definitely recommend to anyone asking for a collision repair. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were timely. Our door was in bad shape when we took it in and now we have a brand new door and our car looks perfect. Chris was great at explaining the work when we initially took it in for repair work too.

This was an interesting experience. They let me ride the shuttle to pick up my rental while my vehicle was being repaired. They even picked me up from enterprise when the work was done and my truck was ready. Aubrey and Sarah at the front desk are amazing! The reason I gave the company 2 stars is because they drove my vehicle for 50 miles stating it was necessary to calibrate my windshield. I’ve had my windshield replaced and calibrated while sitting still. They took my truck on a joy ride. Thank God I took a picture of my mileage before and after the service. I would’ve never known if not. If you need your vehicle worked on, find someone else.

Very happy with Collision Leaders' work. They were very professional and timely. They were very accommodating and able to work with my schedule. The turnaround time and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I received notification information on the status of my repair thanks to their web service. The staff is very friendly and polite. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and concerns.

Fast and efficient. They had my repairs done days earlier then promised. Looks like brand new. Thank you to the entire crew at Collison Leaders!

This establishment was emaculate and smelt amazing to be a body shop. Their presentation was everything, alongside their hospitality.

Waited over 1 month for an appointment and when I dropped it off they said they'd call me in 48 hours with an update.they didn't. I had to call every time for an update when they said they'd call me. What's was supposed to be a few days of body repair turned into about 10 days because they ordered the wrong parts. If this wasn't an insurance claim, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service communication.

The repair was done well. BUT they initially said 4 days, then when they called for me to bring car in after getting parts, they changed to 2 weeks! (Said 'That's what they tell us to say' & 'We're so busy'. I think that they over-book, and it makes all work take longer than it should. Also, they evidently disconnected the battery for the repair, which left some things needing to be reset after repair.

Chris at Collision Leaders did what he said they would do and for the price he quoted. Repairs were completed on time. Great customer service from Chris to accommodate my schedule and great job from the shop workers and from the office workers. Thank you!

I had a WONDERFUL experience having Warrensburg Collision work on my car. I broke my leg and haven’t been able to drive, but they went above and beyond accommodating for me. I’m very satisfied with the work and will definitely be a returning customer.

I chose this repair center for dent and paint. I was never contacted after waiting 2 weeks. I believe it was because they damage my rear door trim/window and didn't want to admit to it. Anyways after an argument they replaced the glass they scratched but my door is still damaged and they refused or unable to fix it. I won't be returning after this pooor third rate repair job. I would not recommend this shop.
