Columbia Cosmopolitan Recreation Area (Cosmo Park) reviews
13Had a great experience there! Was fist time BEING there and I loved it! Clean fields and great grounds
Very large and well maintained complex. There are many sports fields & play grounds. There is plenty of parking and bathrooms are generally well located & maintained.
In the running for coolest playground ever. Part of a large city park that includes fields and pavilions.
Loved the dinosaur sandpit as well as the different slides for all ages. Observation bridge was unique.
I don't know much about Columbia, MO but I'll be sure to revisit this park in the future!
Condition of soccer nets was poor. Field conditions were great. Overall a great experience.
This is a beautifully kept, really large/roomy public access open park. There's many soccer fields, golf course, walking trail, picnic tables, etc. I have found it a "touch" crowded once on a Saturday afternoon when there was obviously a soccer tournament going on, so, go figure. This is rarely a problem. The bathrooms I used in the park were clean & had supplies (big, pleasant surprise) It's easy to get to, & in an area most usually considered low traffic. This seems like a very nice place to relax and recreate with friends & family or to exercise/enjoy nature in solitude. Thank you Columbia Parks & Rec.for keeping it up so nicely.
Great park for the kids. Lots of shade and benches. Water fountains could use some TLC. The do have a baby/adult swing to swing with your little ones as well
A nice park that feels like America in many ways. 90% of parents with young children. It was the only place where I encountered Koreans (a couple with children) during the trip, but I didn't try to talk to them after thinking about it.
Me and my friend did a meet and greet for her family reunion on this day it was nice The area we all design in nice and clean spacious food and drinks live music going on Way to go The Jackson family originally from Salisbury Missouri
Wonderful place. Quite nice and with very good structure! Congratulations, City of Columbia!
Love cosmo park! Always a fun time playing at the park or watching my kids play sports. Very clean and nice. One of the best parks in town. They also have a skate park which is awesome.
Perfect place to stop during a road trip along I-70. Different age appropriate playgrounds and plenty of space to run around or eat. Nice public restrooms as well.
Grandkids loved the big playground. So much to do. They wanted us to take them 2 days in a row!
Pretty good softball fields. Wish they allowed water coolers to be at each field. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
