I wouldn’t get hearing aids anywhere else. Columbia Hearing Center is a locally owned business and I trust them completely to test my hearing and help me choose the best hearing aid for my needs. I love them.

The process from coming to getting my test done was seamless. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me stay relaxed. I recommend then to anyone with the need to check their hearing.

This was my second hearing screening. It was much more comprehensive than the first -with newer technology. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the options for next course of action. Overall very pleased that I chose Columbia Hearing Aid Center for a second opinion.

Columbia Hearing Center is phenomenal. They let you try several different hearing aids over a period of time so you can purchase the one that you like the best. They put in a lot of time and effort to make sure your aids are calibrated correctly and all of the settings are exactly how you need them to be. They are friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcomed (especially Katie at the front desk - always smiling and welcoming). In addition to this, all of your hearing aid checkups (3x a year) are included in the initial cost of the hearing aids, so you don't have to worry about continuing to have bills or co-pays like you would at a doctor's office. The hearing tests are included as well. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. If I could create the perfect place to get hearing aids, it would be just like Columbia Hearing Center.

These folks have it all! Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and up-to-date. I've had the newest of my aids for two years now. Not surprisingly, even with the most successful hearing solutions, routine and operational issues arise. This team makes sure you get a timely appointment to come in, or a prompt phone conversation, every time. Explanations are clear, tasks are completed in a direct manner; tough problem-solving may require the team consult other experts - often done by phone during your appointment time, with you listening in! They keep you in sync with the best tools available to your hearing life!

I took my mom here to check into getting new hearing aids. The evaluation process was incredibly thorough, and I could tell Nathan is extremely knowledgeable about the various types and technologies of hearing aids available. He took plenty of time to ensure the best outcomes for my mom, and even adjusted her existing hearing aids at no charge to help her improve her hearing until the new aids are ready. This place impressed me.
