Always very helpful and so kind. These people are some of the hardest workers and always have a smile on their face! I try to come here weekly just to see some happy people.

Truck was very clean inside and out very quality minded and hard working employees would have taken me half day to do what they done in 30 minutes good value

This place is way overpriced for the service you receive. I payed $60 for a wash and interior cleaning and there was still dirt in my floor boards. My truck was not washed thoroughly and there were still dirt spots on the outside. Also, my floor mats were returned to me with holes in them.

To start off, they locked the key fob in the car and had to use a break in tool to open the door. We found a scratch of white near the door (the color of the tool) later. We walked around it and they didn't even got the bugs off the bumper and missed big patches of dirt behind both front wheels. Then later we noticed that we were missing a key tag reward deal from the tray in front of the shifter. We have never paid this much for a car wash before, nor will we ever visit here again. But hey, the wheels were shiny.

If considering covid restrictions and being shortstaffed were impediments to good service, they did not apply here. The employees were fast, become efficient and definitely professional.

Yet the job that was performed was excellent. Definitely some place to go if you need to get your car washed inside and out.

The owner was very helpful turning off sensors on the car, and we had a lovely conversation. After the wash my daughter's car had its showroom shine back.

I've been coming here with my family or for myself for almost two decades off and on. Since I got my car I have come twice for myself, and each time they were courteous, but the prices are just unsatisfactory at best. At worst they are overpriced.

I came in today, needing only a simple wash and vacuum, yet the guy decided to make my cost all ala carte, which made it a lot more expensive, basically the rainy package with only 75% of what's included. To

Always take my car here for cleaning. They do a great job of washing, drying and vacumning the car. I did have to rescue my front floor mats that had some how gotten placed in another car. But this was the very first time I had this experience with this business. Very unusual.

Obvious and easily cleanable "goop" left on mr gear shift and passenger seat. My kids made a mess of it thats why i took it in. I would really like my $5 tip back but im not that guy.

The Columbia Car Wash crew did such a thorough, excellent job cleaning my car. It hasn’t looked this good in a long time!

I'm trying to not grill them too bad it took about 1hr and 15 mins they did a great job washing outside of car and vaccuming. However interior they were terrible they did almost nothing as far as cleaning, and the lady I tried to thank for doing what she could was rude and said yeah whatever. Little frustrated they barely did anything on the inside when I asked them to mainly focus on that, that the reason I was there was so the interior could get attention.

They are very friendly but both times I took my vehicle there it was still dirty. The manager did try to make it right by giving me 2 free car washes but I decided it's not even worth my time to use the 2nd one.

This is such an amazing car wash! Never had a problem with how they’ve washed/Vacuumed my car. They are quick and proficient with what they do; this is will always be my go to.
